Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“Have been researching E-bikes for about a year now, as an addition to our first caravan. Seemed to make sense, to have such easy additional transport, while traveling. We were after a folding E-bike, when we came across Leon Cycle, and their 'F' series bikes. We were impressed, with what looked to be a very solid bike, with a good battery size and solid output, thus giving it one of the best distance range out there. The price was also very competitive. By coincidence, we found that an acquaintance of ours had one locally, so we were able to test ride, before making a commitment. We were suitably impressed, and placed our order through Leon Cycle Australia, (Victoria) that offered 10% discount on total, when purchasing two. The E-bikes arrived within the week, were easy to assemble, (minimal required), slight easy adjustments made, and my wife and I, not having seriously ridden for some 20 years, and not being the fittest or lightest, enjoyed our first ride, 17km up hill and down dale, with pleasure. I have a engineering background, and I can honestly say, we are happy and satisfied with the standard and quality of this product. One thing that I should mention, is, their weight. We overlooked that before purchase, and found that they do come in at a hefty 34kg each. Not impossible to handle when folded, but heavy non the less. Their weight doesn't really effect the way they ride, other than to give a sure footed solid feel.”

“I tried 4 different models - 2 full size and 2 foldable - the 3rd one was the one for me (as a long-term cyclist you know when the fit is right) so I Tok the London bike. I am still learning what it can do but so far it has been great fun. The whole experience (from online research, to chatting with Michael) and coming to the Newtown outlet was easy and efficient. Thanks.”

“Quick delivery of a good product although it is early days. I liked the NCM Prague so much I ordered another one. My wife who would not normally cycle loves riding hers. Adjusting the front brake to not rub was my only issue.”

“Both bikes arrived safely and required minimum assembly. Everything worked properly from the get go. The 250w motors provide plenty of assistance on hills. Very happy with the purchase”

“Hi guys - thanks for checking in but I have to rate the Leon products as only 1 / 5 - as after nearly a month I have still not received them. Launched a lost parcel enquiry with the couriers, but so far they can offer no explanation - or refund Will try to order again but have to say am not at confident that your nominated couriers can actually process deliveries for you.”

“Exactly what I expected and hoped for. Had to do a little tuning of the front and rear derailleurs and now running smooth. Delivery was smooth, just a little delayed because of lock down in Sydney.”

“We ordered a Milano Plus and a Moscow Plus E Bikes online on a Thursday and received them on the following Tuesday. They were as expected, securely boxed, fully assembled except for the seat and handle bars and undamaged. We love them. Fantastic. Would highly recommend and good price.”

“Juan Luis Rodriguez Quintana purchased 4 813H9518 EPAC, NCM Milano 26" Trekking E-Bike,48V 13Ah 624Wh, Weiß Número de serie:DE248UI6H0815 on 11-2-19. I have attached the purchase order. This bicycle has caused many problems since the purchase date. Mr. Rodriguez Quintana had to replace the brakes 4 times since that date. The worst happened on July 16th, 2021 when riding the bike in the Priorat, Spain in the town of La Morera de Montsant, the brakes failed. Mr. Rodriguez Quintana suffered 2 broken ribs and 20 cuts and scrapes. Stitches were required. He could have suffered worse damage and even death. Because of this grave accident, Mr. Rodriguez Quintana is requesting compensation in the form of a monetary amount to cover the physical and psychological cost. He is fortunate to be alive.”

“I purchased an ET-Cycle F1000 electric bike last week and couldn't be happier! I ordered on Monday and it was delivered by Thursday - I was happily enjoying my new bike on the weekend. Great service online, all questions answered promptly. “After searching the web for ebike dealers in Melbourne and watching a lot of ebike reviews in YouTube, I decided to buy a fat ebike. And Leon Cycle carries the brand and model I wanted. Prior to my purchase, I emailed the website and responses were quick. I have gathered info I needed for my decision. And I'm glad I bought my first ebike from Leon Cycle. “Within 4 months of buying my brand new bike, a spoke broke from my rear wheel !!?! Hating been so careful & gentle riding it. They have sent me 2 spokes in the mail. The bike is in the repair shop & I have to pay the repair fee !!?! What about the guarantee ? The local shop says it may happen again if the spokes are poor quality?! Time will tell. Lucky I heard the noise & walked home, or else the wheel would've bent..... what happened to the 2 years guarantee & the repair fee U have to pay.”
