Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I bought my wife a NCM Paris plus bike as a present. I was so impressed with the service and the friendly nature of the staff that I went back and bought myself one. We have been extremely happy & have had many great rides in the last month. I highly recommend Leon Cycles in Richmond.”

“Buckled the back wheel on my Milano. Went online ordered a new wheel, good price and delivered to my camping address (Bathurst) in record time (thanks couriers please).....fantastic service. Had local bike shop put it together. VERY HAPPY GREY NOMAD.”

“Don't like: * black heat-absorbing battery cutting lifespan unnecessarily. Don't park your bike in the Australian sun or paint it white! * Black rear mudguard would be better off having a white tail end to be reflective and add to safety (like is the rule in The Netherlands) Do like: * easy, comfortable, reliable, good range, useful "assist level" settings. It really encourages me to cycle”

“Good backup service. Battery was dead from new, (that can happen to any Li battery) but replaced straight away. Always better to buy from a real shop and not second hand or online.”

“I recently upgraded our 2 Paris ebikes to 2 F1000 fat bikes. All 4 ebikes were purchased at Leon CYcles. I was offered a great deal on the subsequent purchase and some accessories thrown in with the price. The high level of assistance by the Leon Team has been awesome and we are happy with all 4 ebikes. “I actually cancelled my order due to issues with deliveries to Western Australia at the time and the fact that I found a local supplier with the bike in stock. Leon Cycles, were very easy to deal with and I had no trouble at all cancelling the order. The bike actually had to be pulled from the truck as it had just been loaded and my funds were promptly returned. Top effort guys. No sale this time, but I would not hesitate to shop with you in the future.”
