“We bought two couches from Leon’s in Kelowna, we weren’t happy with the color. We repurchased different couches and a wonderful lady named Mary at the front desk made the changes for us flawlessly we can’t say enough great things about Mary and all the staff at Leon’s in Kelowna. We would totally recommend buying all your house hold needs there. We definitely will be.”

“I purchased a 82” tv three years ago it broke down so I called Leon’s as I got the extended warranty. They helped me out gave me phone number of warranty company,so I called them. It took a bit then they sent a credit to Leon’s for the total amount I paid for it. I then ordered a 85” th with full array what a picture. This is the best tv I have ever had,I really like Sony Bravia TVs this is my fifth,one. The salesman Rob C was amazing he answered all my questions about 85 “ tv showed me the full array option,and explained all about the tv to me. I have had 15 heart attacks and is hard for me to understand,but Rob knew his stuff and made me feel good. So many people say not to buy from Leon’s but I have for thirty years and am very happy with this company,they have done me no harm every transaction has been fantastic. I even spoke to the general manager great guy too. Sarnia has a great team of associates and they did not pressure me at all,they were helpful and pleasant. The other thing too I bought the warranty again for this tv now if you do not use the warranty you get store credit for the amount you paid for warranty,this is unbelievable, buy your stuff from Leon’s purchase warranty and you are fully covered. Thank you LEONS.”

“We had seen a recliner in the Leon’s email. We went into the store on November 28,2023 and purchased 2 recliners. I must say that this store in amazing and the salesman, ‘Raj’ was very helpful. He was extremely efficient, polite and explained everything to us, including the warranty coverage. I would highly recommend shopping at this store”

“My husband and I went into the Burlington, On store on Oct 29th - we had a very pleasant visit due to our salesman Clive. We in turn purchased a leather sofa and love seat and will hopefully (need to get the middle console out of the Dearborn love seat) be purchasing another set in the near future. Thanks Clive for making this shopping experience easy. Keep up the great job!”

“My 4 year old LG fridge quit working. Lost everything in the freezer. I called Srima Canagasuriam. Asked her to pick out a floor model fridge. She sent me a picture. I loved it! Had it delivered in the same day! So I bought and paid for a fridge from my office. Excellent sales agent, excellent service! Thank you very much! Leslie Sweenie”
