“My husband I were eyeing the stampede leather sofa chestnut seen on commercials for sometime. On August 24 at the CNE we saw the Leon’s display in enervate building. We went and sat right firmness , height length and comfort. We loved the bright chestnut colour. My husband watched as they brought in the couch unwrap and he guys left. He thought it was just the day light that made the couch darker. Well it wasn’t daylight it was the cognac sofa they delivered we took photos and sent to Theresa customer care well and Ont. She told us that the couch was under LEF lighting that’s why it’s lighter at the CNE..,we went to Leon’s in north York as it’s closer to us and Camilla saw the photos of the couch we were given and the couch we chose CNE but on display there too. Huge difference… That Theresa and other people at Leon’s are all about not customer satisfifactipn. She gaslighted us and we just don’t want to fight these big company’s that do it all the time to people… be very very careful. A friend told me about her mattress mix up a few months back she ordered a very expensive mattress but got the lesser of the 3 types. It took Leon’s 7 weeks to come and take it back and they charged her for the pick up fee Beee careful everyone. They are hurting and they are duping.”

“We were in need of a platform frame , for our king matress. I called and Maria was very, very helpful. Maria told us what we needed, the price and that the frame was in stock. Drove up and picked it up. Sleeping comfortably tonight. This isn't our first purchase at Leons in Barrie. We have always had good experiences with all our purchases in the past. Thank you.”

“I want to take a second to thank our delivery person Nolan who delivered a pair of sofas to my house. There was a small mishap on the front step that he quickly brought to our attention on one sofa. Leon’s thought it best to replace the sofa rather than try to repair the smallest hole in the front. Nolan came back a second time. Both times we found Nolan outstanding. So very professional, kind and courteous. Their care and attention to detail was above and beyond. We were extremely satisfied with their work. We understand things can happen from time to time. We hope to have the pleasure of having them again on my next purchase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We would sincerely like to thank our sales representative, Dipiksha (Debbie) Pathak with our recent purchase of 2 twin XL Tempur Pedic Pro React mattresses and 2 motion adjustable bases. Her friendliness, extensive knowledge about the products and most importantly her honesty went above and beyond our expectations, making this experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. She even made the effort to pick up 2 mattress protectors from another location so that we did not have to go out of our area to pick them up. Not many sales representatives would do that. Thank you Debbie!!!!! We never once felt pressured by her, giving us the space to think about our purchase, which again we feel is a rare thing with most salespeople. We feel confident in our purchase and not as an impulse buy. Again thank you Debbie!!!!!”

“At the Leon's store on 140 St. NW in Edmonton we were taken care of by Brad. He let us wander and check out all the many coffee tables and when we had made our decision, he did a great job with finishing our transaction and getting our item from the warehouse to the car. No hovering over us or following us around, and that's always appreciated. Keep up the good work.”

“In Oct.'24, a friend accompanied/helped me transfer on & off several beds (am disabled) while a lovely, intelligent, knowledgeable young woman named Megan C. answered all of our many questions. I cannot express enough how extremely helpful she was. Unfortunately, no bed would work for my body so, while disappointed, we began to test recliners. This also did not work. Frustrated, I focused on love seats. (Was wanting one but hadn't planned to buy one that day). Found one & made a quick purchase. With the meticulous help Megan offered I am convinced she will either own this company or another someday. (Hope she invents 'that bed') Though this review is late, my gratitude to her is lasting. (The delivery guys were very good also)”

“Im a Senior Lady and today Apr 24/25 bought a loveseat and Recliner from Ribhu K a very nice and helpful young man. Took so much time with me as i only had so much room to put my Recliner and Loveseat. Brought the Rec over to loveseat to see how they fit. Never rushing me. So friendly and kind. I appreciated his time. Hard to find good Customer Service these Days. Ribhu was kind and so helpful. I would recommend Leons to everyone.”

“I am completely satisfied with the delivery guys Sam and Tyler! Funny, friendly, and helpful! I love my couch and they set it up for me without issue. The couch is comfortable , sturdy, clean, and perfect for me. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my home items. Yes you pay more but it is good quality and lasts a long time.”
