If there is a chance to give them 2 stars down ,I will do. My washer door's lock is broken since 45 days ,we called the store and they told us call the company from USA to get the service 😑!!!, When we called the company, they told us the appointment is after 45days ,after (45days) the specific day ,a man from the company came to check the washer machine, he said "that wrong part I came with" !!!! And he said " I will came again for a new appointment day with a right part that I will order it" !!!!....... Now ,I will say, the Leon's company has ZERO ZERO ZERO customer service ,I bought the item from the store it's supposed to send a fixer man at the beginning to check the broken item before he came to know which the right one to fix it in order to save our time not to waste it. How it is going to be a house with 6people, 2 of them children stay around 2 months without washing their clothes properly!!!?? SO Disappointed with that service. I will not recommended dealing with all Leons stores, and don't waste your time and money with that all Leons stores.

Bought a lazy boy online because it was available for pick up January 05 2026 now finding out that there is no stock and they have no idea when it will be available was told could be months or years asked for refund was told that person is not working this week.Horrible customer service.

I bought 75inc Hisenes QD7QFM TV from Lion's. I have so much problems with that TV, not happy at all, bc problems cannot be solved. I went to Lion's, I want to return or exchange TV but I was SURPRISED. Lion's DOESN'T HAVE RETURN POLICY. That means what ever you buy ther you can't return or exchange. I will never ever buy something from Lion's. The worst company I have ever did business with.

How is this company still in business. Horrible customer service probably the worst I’ve seen in years. I don’t even know where to start. I bought a brand new 65 inch TV on December 22nd at 662.70$ on my way to pick it up I saw an ad with the same TV at Leon’s for 562.70$ after arguing with customer service they never gave me the 100$ for their mistake, they actually blamed google for the ad misleading mistake 😂. The TV was professionally installed on December 23rd, on December 25th the TV screen started flickering. I couldn’t call as it was closed for Christmas, I called all day on the 26th but no answer, finally at 8pm on the 26th someone answered just to tell me all sales are final, I told them this doesn’t make sense. They told me I had to call the tv maker and that it’s not their problem even if I had bought the TV 3 days earlier. This is unacceptable service, this was my first and LAST purchase at Leon’s. Before you think of buying anything there think twice, there are many other stores to buy from who offer great customer service and return policy. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. SAME YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

December 2025. We now have to replace stackable GE washer dryer. After 2 days of purchase in 2020, we wanted to return because machine sounds like an airplane taking off, unable to listen to television or have a phone conversation while it washes. The motor grinds ,(metal on metal) on spin cycle. Called 4x repair company the last one said the motor had to be replaced from day 1, eventually your clothes will smell unwashed. We'll our clothes smell like grease now, the noise unbearable! Will never buy appliance again from Leons!

Disappointed in the Administrative staff and the Sales Manager, Shavon (Winnipeg) LACKS any professionalism and care with customer service. Very frustrating as Leon’s does not communicate with you with regards to changes in delivery date! This sales manager’s attitude is “I got your commission so I don’t have to go any further to make you happy” 😡😡😡

my bespoke washer and dryer all in one - leaked water ot should i say prayerd water out of the bottom . i paided for an extended warranty. Leons warranty third party service took 5 weeks to deem unfixable - now that they are saying they are going to return my momey so i can get a new one - they are giving a hard time about how much they are willing to give back - they will only give a credit of what i paied and if the machine is less they will be keeping the money left over - no refund of remaining. dishonest

Canceled my order after being charged a,higher price on a sofa & love seat Should have been $1000.00 less!The salesman denied the price he quoted!The final price on the invoice was,not shown item by item!I will never shop at Leon's again!I don' like to be taken as a fool!

I bought a stove and there was a dent on the side of the stove. Realized 4 days later, and they did not want to do anything for me. I would never go back ever. If you can buy from anywhere else do so.

Leon’s sells broken furniture and refuses to refund the furniture without making an appointment even though they know it was just bought within 15mins.Can’t even bring it back and show. Customer service lady was very rude! Now, I got to wait for a email with an appointment, so one of their workers to come and take pictures of the broken furniture to show that the furniture is indeed broken to get an replacement.What a waste of time!!! Don’t buy anything from Leon.

We participated in Leon’s 50th Anniversary draw, and upon having our numbers checked, we were informed that we had won an L2 7.0 cu. ft. deep freezer. When we stated that we did not have enough space in our vehicle that day, we were assured that we could return within one week to pick it up. However, when we went back within the promised time frame, we were told that the product was no longer available and that we needed to contact customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, we were never able to receive the prize we rightfully won. Despite this disappointing and unprofessional experience, we still proceeded to purchase a living room set worth approximately $3,400 from Leon’s. Unfortunately, the sofa was delivered with a tear. While I trust that this issue will be addressed, the situation regarding the deep freezer has caused significant frustration and has completely undermined my confidence in the company. I am deeply disappointed that such a large and well-established company refused to provide a prize that we legitimately won, offering excuses that were neither reasonable nor acceptable. This conduct is highly concerning and reflects a lack of accountability and customer respect. I am sharing my experience so that others can be informed and aware of this matter, as I believe this practice is both misleading and damaging to consumer trust.

If there are less than 1 I would give them, I purchased bed was the worst in my life, broken after one month it by 1020 $ . Poor wood and bad design. No refund, no exchange, no maintenance.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Leon’s Furniture (Edmonton, 13730 140 Street NW). The sections of sofa that was delivered to me was not the correct one. After contacting customer service, I was told that the correct item would only arrive several weeks later — in the middle of the week — which forced me to change my personal plans and find someone else to be home for the delivery. What made this situation worse was the lack of responsibility or care from the staff. No compensation, no discount, and no proper apology were offered, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. This level of customer care is unacceptable for a national furniture company. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their professionalism, communication, and respect for customers’ time.

Oleksii L is the sales associate who accommodated us. Discreetly, he follows wherever we check items in the store. He only answers our questions and no further options given unless we ask about the other items. He was unnoticeably seen sleeping in one of the sofa furnitures as well. We purchased a three-seater sofa with ottoman on September 17, 2025, where he confirmed that the ottoman will arrive and be delivered within two weeks. We have chosen this item because of the size and durability. There was another option of the same however, he mentioned it will arrive after a month. We opted for the first one which will come and be delivered in two weeks. He mentioned that he will call us to give update about the ottoman but it never happened. Customer service is poor, and below expectation as a customer service provider. Up to this date (November 4, 2025), we haven’t received that one ottoman item. We made several calls to the store to speak to him, it’s either he’s not on duty or attending other customer. We only spoke to home once saying that the item is not yet here in Edmonton and it will take another month. He only apologize once which is so insincere, for the sake of saying “I can’t do anything about it”. We also speak to another customer care person over the phone explaining our whole situation and she mentioned that the item is in the store since Monday (November 3, 2025), and to only asked if we want it to be delivered or if we want to pick it up. She has no clue of what is she asking and saying to us after mentioning our concern. We have no words to describe how terrible the customer service of your brand.

We were told that if we purchased a leather sectional that it would be conditioned with leather protection and they would include a leather conditioning kit. After purchasing the sectional for over 4 k we were told the leather conditioning is not included because we did not purchase the warranty. The sales lady never said we had to purchase the warranty to get the leather conditioning kit. When I called and spoke to the assistant customer service manager she was incredibly rude and didn’t even try to rectify the situation. We will never ever purchase anything from Leon’s again. Customer service is garbage.

Utterly disgraceful. I purchased a full sectional, a large snuggle chair, and a 75-inch TV from Leons Furniture, spending several thousand dollars. During delivery, the driver and laborer were clearly at odds and unable to work together. In the process, they backed the truck into my deck railing, causing visible damage. When I reported it, the service manager told me, “We fired the old guy,” referring to the driver. The general manager assured me, “Just get us a quote — we’ll send it to legal, and they’ll issue a cheque once they process it.” He even confirmed, “The driver already let us know and showed us the photos.” I went a step further and provided video evidence of the incident. For weeks, I was told “the lawyers are dealing with it.” Nearly a month later, I’ve now learned they never intended to resolve it at all. It’s deeply disappointing to see a company of this size refuse to take responsibility — especially when the evidence is crystal clear. Based on this experience, I have no confidence they would honor any warranty or service commitment going forward.it truly makes one worried about the extended insurances we purchased Be warned: they damage your property, delay, and deflect until you give up. Absolutely unacceptable.

Furniture is very poor quality and issues with mold on the first bed frame slats, second sent arrived made from scrap wood which was so bent and twisted nothing sat flat. The wood itself had evidence of sitting on a scrap pile somewhere outside as it was covered in dirt. Customer service stated that this was normal, if you have seen slats from IKEA that’s quality! Which is what Leon’s claim to sell. My advice is shop around and because these items are made in a country were quality control doesn’t happen. The best interaction we had during the whole process was the delivery driver who was super friendly, that’s the only positive thing I can say

We purchased a living room set from Leon’s on August 3, 2025, and were told it would arrive in 6–8 weeks. By October, we still hadn’t heard anything. Every time we called, no one could give us a delivery date, and multiple promised call-backs never happened. Eventually, we learned that 86 stores were pulling from one factory, our couch hadn’t even been made yet due to fabric issues, and our order wasn’t on the shipment. I even asked to cancel, but later got a call confirming our furniture was finally on the next load. (Thank you Jennifer for being the only one that was transparent and actually returned a call!) We finally received our set on October 31, and while the delivery drivers were fantastic and right on time, the poor communication and lack of transparency from the store made the experience very frustrating. Our frustration wasn’t about the delay, we understand that things happen that aren’t always in your control - it was about the broken promises, lack of updates, and unprofessional handling of our order. Leon’s Kingston really needs to improve customer communication and honesty. Sadly after years of being a Leon’s customer, you have lost our trust and we won’t be back. I only hope that you take this feedback and fix it so that your next customer doesn’t have the same unfortunate experience.

Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Two sets had many unacceptable issues. Instead of aknowledging, they argue and puch back. do yourself a favour and stay away.
