I bought a sofa snd chair. The chair cost $800.00. After they delivered it I noticed that the flap in the back was made wrong and did not meet the velcro. The flap sticks out, also the thread is coming undo. They offered me.$100.00. That is ridiculous!

I went to Leons to buy a new bed around Oct8th 2025. I tried a few beds instore and found one that seemed comfortable, it was a Beautyrest \medium firm. I have stage 4 COPD so i am in bed about 20hrs a day because i cannot do much of anything, also on oxygen, So the bes in the store felt good, But the one i got delivered was not the same, It was vert firm and hurt my back and side after a few hrs. So I contacted them and told them, They said i need to keep it longer but i argued it was causing me pain. So they agreed to let me pick a new bed, But they said i can only do it once. I never worried about it because what's chances i get another bed that sucks. So i lay on 3or 4 beds at leons, i found 2 i liked but the sales lady said can i made a recommendation .So i said yes. I was looking at a plush bed because i read they were softer. But never had one before. She pick out this bed by a company that they get private beds made and she said she has the same bed. I laid on it for 5-8 mins ,, sat up on it, and sat on edge. felt good and had supprt .Well once again, I get my bed and once again don't feel nothing like the one i bought. The bed sinks in to the bottom , the plush has no support at all, lay on your side and feel something hard , On the edge the bed sinks right down to the next section of the bed, But i cannot take it back.Leons refuses to do a 2nd return even though it is junk, So i called the comany who made the bed and they phoned me back , WE talked i told him everything and he said he will contact the store to try to get me a new mattress,, I can say Mr Moore from Rest On It mattress is going out of his way to help me because Leons could care less, I know once i am done with this matress I will never deal with leons again.Now i remember why we stopped going there 10yrs ago,

Bought a stove a year ago . It has been repaired 4 times and still doesn't work. Purchased the extended warranty but that didn't seem to matter at all . Was told we wouldn't be getting a replacement because once it leaves the store it's our problem. Save your money and the heart ache go somewhere else.

Bought some living room furniture from leons with extra insurance policy for damages which the sales team determinethat i shouldget it .after a few months the recliner on the arm starts to peel .call for service I was told its wear and tear which that particular part is not cover. Be aware of leons sales tactics with selling you insurance. It's a scam which they will denied repair after .

Been a customer for years just got a reclining sofa it was hard and stinks I tried to exchange for a more expensive model they refused me and said I can't so now I'm stuck with a uncomfortable stinky couch not happy at all

I am very dissatisfied with Leon’s but chairs for for the dining room had to return one was broken Mike, who was manager told us he’d order another one. It would be in within the week two weeks later I have to phone the store all day long. Nobody answered!! so we drove to the Leon’s on Taylor Road where we purchased the chairs. They take one out of the box. Give it to us drive all the way home. Find out. It’s broken in two places call back very displeased with the service and the product they expect us to come all the way back For the third time to get another chair. And telling anybody who wants to shop at Leon’s think twice go to Stoney Creek furniture I should’ve stayed with that place and not allowed him to go to Leon’s.

I went into Leon’s today, no sales person approached and offered to help, so I assumed that they were all busy. Found an appliance I wanted to purchase. Went to the front desk. One lady was assisting a customer and the other stood staring at her computer screen as if she couldn’t see me. So I said may I have some assistance. She looked at me and said that she’s busy and someone is else would help me and that I only just approached the desk and that I should wait. What happened to Customer Service, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service from Leon’s on Stone Church Road. Clearly they are makiny so much money. Will not be going back.

We purchased a three-piece sofa set. The single sofa came okay, the loveseat came with one recliner motor dead, and the three-seat sofa came crooked: the right seat is on an angle, and there is a big gap between it and the rest (about 1.5"). So the Leon's sent two technicians, and the motor on the loveseat was replaced. The three-seat sofa was replaced. The new one we got was even worse than the first one, plus the motor sounds like it's about to die. The technician came again, and they sent a replacement sofa. Just this time the delivery guys checked it on the driveway and found it was worse than the other two sofas, so they didn't even bother to bring it in. They took it back. The forth sofa has been send and replaced and it has the same defect as others. Another thing, when we bought this set, the salesperson sold us a warranty that doesn't exist. The warranty was for the fabric after treatment, but later we figured out that they don't do the treatment for this type of fabric, so we had to fight with them to cancel the warranty. Now we are going through a long process to cancel these purchases. So after two month they finally refund the money and took back the sofas. The bottom line is the quality is really bad. What you see is not what you get.

My senior mother bought a fabric headboard and mattress set, only to find an active adult and now eggs in the fabric: velcro and stitching and staple folds/closing. The bug ran back up inside the bed head. It was not on the outside. I called and they denied that it was delivered that way. I am still seeking a solution in favour of my mother.

I ordered a set of living room couch and chairs in july. it was not in store was need to be sent from manufactor. I ordered in july and the sale person said should be there by the 1st week of October. I then get one email moving to end of October and then a second email advsing that order now End of november. This is not very good customer service couse if I knew I might have to wait almost a half year for my stuff I would of went else were and I cant cancell as it will be store credit and why would I want to keep my money there were they sure dont care about their customers

Bought another mattress under a partial return due to sleep issues. Invoice does not say what I ended up buying, just a number. Did not find out what I purchased until delivery. I was looking at Tempur-Pedic and ended up with a Serta, nowhere near the same. This Serta is listed as medium but it is as hard as my floor. Could not even sleep on it at all. Poke it with your finger, feels soft but try laying on it, totally different feel. Over $2250.00 for a useless item. Salesman was in a hurry to get me out of the store and not deal with me. Showed me 2 mattresses and wrote it up. I would take my old mattress back, at least I could get 2-3 hours sleep even with back pain after. Trying to contact them about this but doubtful.

Bought a sofa set and the materials are in poor quality, it started getting little bubbly on itand looks old , I called Leon several times and they said that they cannot do anything about it , though it is still under warranty and less than 6 months. Do not recommend Leon's Furniture

Be careful with these people. They might say anything to get the sasle then the story changes after. We had made a deal on a specific delivery date & I needed this item as I just got out of the hospital from heart surgery. They never called us, so we called them only to find they won't deliver on the arranged day & the "fee delivery" became an attempted charged delivery... this sounds strangely familiar - I think we went through this same run around on a previous order a few years ago... very unprofessional & I am believing intentional... waiting to see what happens

Bought from Leon's. Couch was delivered and we were not living in our house yet. Which is fine but once we moved in two week after delivery two of our sectional pieces had no backing inside the couch. Only reason we discovered this is because we went to move it to vacuum and noticed it was hollow. They won't compensate us because it's not within the return timeframe. So disappointed that our very first purchase as new homeowners ended up being with Leon's. Never again will we purchase from the store in Guelph. Terrible quality control. Very disappointed.

I've purchased the sofa and chair on July 23rd and paid full amount, the sales person Mehdi told us it's gonna take one to two months to deliver, when I asked two months is too late he said don't worry it's gonna be way before that but we say that just incase, okay , when I came home and saw it's said two to four months, my head exploded, so we went back to store and the answer was don't worry it's not gonna take that long , after 5 weeks I tried to track my order and was told it's going to deliver on end of November, and mean time I've gave away my old sofa cause I thought new one is coming , we went back to the store and talked to the store manager Zaw ,and after he checked everything and called so many places, he told me he found one in Victoria and I might get my sofa week after but not the chair and said it's okay as long as I have something to sit on or laying down because I have fibromyalgia and always in pain , was surprised the next day he called and said sorry you are getting your furniture the second week of October and he promised me that's going to be the latest. Oh boy when I received a phone call from the store yesterday that there is more delays and I might get them on October I am so so disappointed and I would like to cancel this order cause by now I've lost so many opportunities to have my family and friends because I don't have furniture 💔 and by the time I get if I get them summer is gone and so the friends and family gone back to their home country, and here I am wide no furniture and lost all the good sales opportunities in other stores. So would someone tell me why I can't cancel this order ? The darned thing is not even made yet but they have our money and won't let us to cancel the order, I am so so disappointed and need some answers please. Bad bad bad experience in my whole life ........

Terrible customer service. No care for customers. They don't respond where they are accountable, make false commitments. You just keep on calling them, they put you on hold and don't answer. Bad experience!!

I bought an LG fridge from Leon's in 2020. The delivery men scratched my hardwood floor. They did offer some small compensation. Well 5 years later the fridge doesn't work at all and spoiled all my food and frozen food. Five years! Customer service said I only had a 1 year warranty! Don't buy appliances from here and certainly an LG fridge!

Aug/28th2025( 11:55am) #2- Delivery Review: Once again having talked to Hamsa, the supervisor at Vega Blvd store in Mississauga. Yesterday after Two phone calls I indicated as A senior and physically unable to Unbox( Which was promised by Raj; Henry; Leons & Supervisor Hamza;] Now once again Delivery Person ( I believe name; Biajin) left the Appliance in my small dinning area and said "He has never UNPACKED A DISWASHER & he left! Now tried to Contact Hamza at Leons( 905 288 2780) and Either I get recording or Get CUTOFf. [[ I believe they are using Ai to screen calls and DON'T want to hear for Genuine customer needs as they have MADE the sale! This is Terrible 2nd DAY in a row from Leons n it's Customer service.

I would strongly suggest to refrain from purchasing from this company. I have had the worse customer service experience and worse product I ever purchased in all my years as a consumer. I purchased 2 couches from this location. One being brand new and one "as is" in which the "as is" ended up being a far better product/purchase. Not only do they not inform you that no matter the circumstances the product cannot be returned but better yet the assistance is unobtainable should there be any issues with the received product. I have countless months of emails with no response. I have had 2 calls with head office which assured me a call from the store manager which I have yet to receive to this day! As I am now almost reaching the 3 month mark on this purchase I am being advised that a "hole" which has been now glued is acceptable by manufacturing standard, let me add that the technician even stated it will not hold and will over time enlarge. My other option was to have a patch placed which is on the front of the couch but in a difficult area so could not guarantee nice results. Who wants to purchase a couch and have a "patch" visible on a 2 thousand dollar purchase. The burn mark is also apparently acceptable and what ever it is that been left within the fabric on the back rest. As the the technician its "too big of a job" as he would have be required to remove the entire fabric to locate and remove what ever it is that been left behind in the fabric causing it to be all bumpy. They are "ordering" after 3 months a new entire section of back rest cushions as the cushions wont even zip up as they don't even line up and I am supposed to go pick it up upon arrival. I have also experienced damages to my resident upon delivery. Of course I was the last of the day and as I understand they wanted to complete their day but despite my efforts of informing them how to work around the space and that they needed to take their time as it was a tight fit, they did not listen and rushed causing damages to my baseboards and walls as well as the ceiling. I have attached only some of the images and I can assure you that this is quite upsetting as this condo was just newly renovated. I was informed through the warehouse manager upon speaking with them that the investigation process for the damages would involve them speaking to the delivery team and taking a statement regarding the damages sustained but the worse part is they kindly shared with me that it would require to taken directly out of their pay! Under no circumstances should the drivers be responsible to pay and what chance do any of us have really if this is the case? I do not believe I need to say anymore on this subject. Good luck! To this day there is still nothing being addressed regarding this matter. There is 0 accountability, communication nor resolution with this company just a lot of empty promises if you are not simply ignored. I am a single mother and I can assure you that I am so devastated from this experience. Allow me to save you some grief and do not purchase from this retailer.
