Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. NO one will return your calls on any issue. Called at end of May with a warranty question and was told someone would call me back tomorrow. It is now July and no one has called me since May. another issue with damage during delivery and the promised call never came. Call on Tuesday and was promised someone would call me back on Wednesday and it’s now Friday. I’m not heard from them. Their lack of customer service. Has me shopping elsewhere.

I have ordered 2 sofa with lovese in December and paid in full they told me 3 month maximum will arrive. It took 9 month for my order to arrive it is the worst company to deal with. So unhappy with their customers service and thier management. I have been told that they will apply a discount for the delay haven't heard anything from them. The worst company ever. I went 3 time to ask for the order and they weren't that helpful at all. At the third time they told me that they will apply a discount once I receive the order but nothing happened.

extremely disappointed with a sofa I bought from leon 6 months ago..the material are in bad quality and started getting mould..called customer service and they said its a normal thing although the sofa is still under warranty..

Bought a Whirlpool washer less than 2 years ago,already requires repair. I am not impressed. Thought I was buying a well made brand. NOT!

I purchased a sectional sofa and the material started pilling and the cushions were shedding feathers within 6 months of use. Horrible quality ! Extremely disappointed.

I am so disappointed with the extremely poor customer service from Leon’s Only half of our couch was delivered today and the delivery men said the other half would be coming from a different store. Strange but ok— also the delivery men were rough and rude and didn’t even attempt to take off their shoes or wear booties! After a few hours, I called the store to inquire when we were to receive the second half and they had no idea what I was talking about. She said she would look into it and call me back and I never heard back from her. I called her back a few hours later and she said she hadn’t heard back from the warehouse manager. I explained to her that we had drained our fish tank in preparation for this delivery, and my fish were going to die if we were to leave it for much longer and I needed to know when the rest was being delivered. As well we were expecting guests that weekend that we planned around the delivery date. Since the warehouse manager wasn’t Responding we asked the general manager to call us back and he explained they didn’t know where the rest of it was and he’d get to the bottom of it. As the end of the day approached, I called the store and lo and behold—The manager had left without returning our phone call and explaining if and when and where the rest of our couch was! I am thoroughly disappointed with the accountability and customer service from Burlington Leon’s store!

I purchased a sofa with extended warranty and after a short while my seat was sinking when I raised the recliner. I went to the store to report this and they asked me to send them pictures of what was happening. I sent the pictures and after a week I hadn’t heard from them so I contacted the store and they said they would ask their manager again and they should know something by Friday. The person who I was interacting with went on vacation the day they told me to check back. So, after about 3 more days they arranged to send the supposed inspector to my house. Instead, the sent their delivery guy who I wasn’t able to communicate with because he didn’t speak fluent english. Now, the seat doesn’t sink as bad, but most of the time when I sit down the recliner pops up without me engaging the recliner. Pitiful customer service and I won’t go back to 43 Avenue and Bell Road.

I purchased their Stampede leather sofa and love seat less than two years ago. DO NOT PURCHASE this leather set EVER. It is no good, very poor quality of foam or filling which is insufficient. I have owed couches for over 15 years with no issues whatsoever. I just wanted something more modern and boy do I regret it. When you sit and try the floor model at Leon's it is very firm, do not think you are getting that when you purchased this set. Also when they delivered the sofa set they did not even put the leg straight great service. Do not bother wasting your time talking to a manager. Chris offered to take it back if I would pay half price to have the same problem or he would give me the name of someone to add more foam filling at my cost. OMG how times have changed. As if I would give them another penny after selling me a lemon sofa set. I will look to see if we have lemon laws in Ontario. One less customer!

Do not buy at Leon’s Newmarket. The customer service is terrible and unacceptable. We just bought a new range and it came all scratched and when dealing with the manager Sue she was so rude and directed us with the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they would send Leon’s an email explaining it’s the store to give us a refund or new range and when we went back they gave us the run around that’s it’s not in them but the manufacturer. Until this day we have a damaged stove and no one would help. Tried reaching to Leon’s head office and nothing. Extremely upsetting on how they treat their customers. Sue should not be a manager as she has no professional manners when dealing with customers. Awful service. We purchased a fridge, stove and washing machine on that purchase and that’s the treatment we have received.

Do not buy from Leon's. Not only is it terrible customer service, I waited three months for my appliances and finally received half of them and damaged. Now they are pushing back on getting me the appliances soon and I get to wait again. Save yourself a lot of headache and don't buy from them.

Called and asked about stock on an item. I was verbally told 3 weeks from Edmonton to Kelowna. Ordered the in stock item as stated on the website. When checking out it let me choose from a date on a calendar for delivery day. Receipt clearly states delivery date as the day I chose. May 11. Minutes later I get a call from Leon's. "It will take 6-8 weeks to deliver to you, the truck container has to be full before they ship". I got lied to and tricked. 6 to 8 weeks delivery from Edmonton to Kelowna is just ridiculous. And they don't ship an item you buy until the truck leaving Alberta is full. Plus, it goes from Edmonton warehouse to Vancouver warehouse... Then to the city in BC. I was stupid to have believed them. And they won't refund. Beware!

I bought a houseful of furniture, spent lots of money back in November 2024. Bedroom dressers and one nightstand were damaged, headboard came in the wrong co!or!! Leon's has brought replacement dressers 4 times and they were all damaged!! This is now the middle of April and I STILL DON'T HAVE A DRESSER!! They did finally give me my money back for the headboard and $100.00 for the damaged nightstand! Buyer beware!! This was my first time buying from Leon's and it will be MY LAST!!! DONT BUY FROM LEONS

Unfortunately Leon’s is not much trustworthy .Don’t waste your money and time. It has been a month now that my dining set has been delivered but not usable because it’s missing 2 chairs that were initially sent to me mistakenly .when you pay the money, No one is there to take care of their own mistakes.I had the same issue for my fridge,Not recommended at all.

We purchased a three-seater sofa from Leon’s about five months ago. Upon delivery, we noticed that the middle section was noticeably lower than the sides, and there were two scratches on the surface. We reported the issue and two inspectors from Leon’s came and confirmed that the sofa should be replaced. After months of waiting, a delivery truck finally arrived — but the driver briefly looked at the sofa and said it was fine, even claiming the replacement might be worse. He then left without completing the exchange. It is disappointing that a truck driver could override a decision made by Leon’s own experts. We expected better service and respect for our time and purchase.

I ordered a dining table, but the tabletop was slightly damaged upon arrival. When I called customer service, they offered a partial refund, but I wanted a brand-new table. They told me I’d have to wait six weeks for a replacement! The hardware was taped outside the box with a torn plastic bag—not even inside the packaging. One screw was missing, and when I called, they told me to buy it from Home Depot. I went, but they didn’t even have the right size! The table also looked like it had been previously assembled, but customer service denied it. Overall, a terrible experience—poor quality control and slow service. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Purchases a couch beginning of January 24 2025. They said it would be delivered end of March . Now it’s end of March and they are saying it’s going to be another month. Ridiculous delivery times. I highly don’t recommend buying anything from Leon’s!!!

Went into Leons in Moncton today looking for a recliner and met a very rude woman sales representative who explained the chair I was looking at was American made and that Leons was pulling all American products. I told I don't support boycott, I shop based on quality and price, she then told me I should go follow my wife who waslooking at something else and she then turned walked away. Disgusting customer service, I will never step foot in Leons again.
