Terrible customer service. No care for customers. They don't respond where they are accountable, make false commitments. You just keep on calling them, they put you on hold and don't answer. Bad experience!!

I bought an LG fridge from Leon's in 2020. The delivery men scratched my hardwood floor. They did offer some small compensation. Well 5 years later the fridge doesn't work at all and spoiled all my food and frozen food. Five years! Customer service said I only had a 1 year warranty! Don't buy appliances from here and certainly an LG fridge!

Aug/28th2025( 11:55am) #2- Delivery Review: Once again having talked to Hamsa, the supervisor at Vega Blvd store in Mississauga. Yesterday after Two phone calls I indicated as A senior and physically unable to Unbox( Which was promised by Raj; Henry; Leons & Supervisor Hamza;] Now once again Delivery Person ( I believe name; Biajin) left the Appliance in my small dinning area and said "He has never UNPACKED A DISWASHER & he left! Now tried to Contact Hamza at Leons( 905 288 2780) and Either I get recording or Get CUTOFf. [[ I believe they are using Ai to screen calls and DON'T want to hear for Genuine customer needs as they have MADE the sale! This is Terrible 2nd DAY in a row from Leons n it's Customer service.

I would strongly suggest to refrain from purchasing from this company. I have had the worse customer service experience and worse product I ever purchased in all my years as a consumer. I purchased 2 couches from this location. One being brand new and one "as is" in which the "as is" ended up being a far better product/purchase. Not only do they not inform you that no matter the circumstances the product cannot be returned but better yet the assistance is unobtainable should there be any issues with the received product. I have countless months of emails with no response. I have had 2 calls with head office which assured me a call from the store manager which I have yet to receive to this day! As I am now almost reaching the 3 month mark on this purchase I am being advised that a "hole" which has been now glued is acceptable by manufacturing standard, let me add that the technician even stated it will not hold and will over time enlarge. My other option was to have a patch placed which is on the front of the couch but in a difficult area so could not guarantee nice results. Who wants to purchase a couch and have a "patch" visible on a 2 thousand dollar purchase. The burn mark is also apparently acceptable and what ever it is that been left within the fabric on the back rest. As the the technician its "too big of a job" as he would have be required to remove the entire fabric to locate and remove what ever it is that been left behind in the fabric causing it to be all bumpy. They are "ordering" after 3 months a new entire section of back rest cushions as the cushions wont even zip up as they don't even line up and I am supposed to go pick it up upon arrival. I have also experienced damages to my resident upon delivery. Of course I was the last of the day and as I understand they wanted to complete their day but despite my efforts of informing them how to work around the space and that they needed to take their time as it was a tight fit, they did not listen and rushed causing damages to my baseboards and walls as well as the ceiling. I have attached only some of the images and I can assure you that this is quite upsetting as this condo was just newly renovated. I was informed through the warehouse manager upon speaking with them that the investigation process for the damages would involve them speaking to the delivery team and taking a statement regarding the damages sustained but the worse part is they kindly shared with me that it would require to taken directly out of their pay! Under no circumstances should the drivers be responsible to pay and what chance do any of us have really if this is the case? I do not believe I need to say anymore on this subject. Good luck! To this day there is still nothing being addressed regarding this matter. There is 0 accountability, communication nor resolution with this company just a lot of empty promises if you are not simply ignored. I am a single mother and I can assure you that I am so devastated from this experience. Allow me to save you some grief and do not purchase from this retailer.

We ordered a leather loveseat and 2 matching chairs from Leon's Nov 2024. In March of 2025 they told us we won't receive them until April. In April, we received the loveseat and 1 chair and was told the other chair was coming in September of 2025. Now we are told it won't be here until November 2025. ONE WHOLE YEAR AFTER BEING ORDERED! I contacted the Leon's in Moncton NB and they don't seem to care! Their answer was "Well, maybe some other store took it". I have contacted the Leon's headquarters twice, and still no response from them. I've never in my life have had such poor customer service!! I will not ever, in my entire life, by from Leon's again. I'm also letting everyone know that they are not a good company to buy from!

Worst service for protection plan. Called zucora homes multiple time for stains cleaning. They simply send one solution every time. Make our sofa so bad. They never listens and never send anyone for the repair. Not worth buying.

At the time of purchase, the sales rep at Leon’s informed me that if I decided to buy this certain type of warranty that I could have any damaged elements replaced within 5 years. Now, four years later when the cushions are now damaged, and the foam pieces are molding a certain way, I called Leon’s and spoke with their warranty representative who informed me that I do not have this warranty and it only deals with fabric. Wish I knew this at the time of purchase and very disappointed that they lied, and after four years we are already having problems with our sectional.

Purchased an upgraded mattress to replace the original mattress we had bought, ( which had a huge bulge) after 5 months it began sagging in the middle. they did a string test to say it wasn't enough sagging to warrant a return . They sent us back to the manufacturer and in turn they sent us back to Leons only to say no!!! Sent message to manager, never got an acknowledgement! Never never again!!!

I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue regarding my recent order placed on June 24. The order was for a stove, washer machine, a mattress a dining set; however, only four chairs were delivered — the table was never received. The chairs remain unopened and in their original boxes. I contacted your team by email on July 22 to request an update or delivery of the missing table but have not received a reply. . Given the lack of response and the incomplete delivery, I returned the four unopened chairs to the store today (July 25). Unfortunately, the store staff refused to accept the return despite the order being incomplete and undelivered in full. Waiting for the resolution .

Bought a brand new bedroom set of 5,000$. Payed extra for insurance. They said if something was wrong no questions asked bedroom set replaced. Been fighting with them to get my bed fram changed, it's just a year old this month and it's loose and paint coming off. Sent some tech guy here took pictures. Then they want to send him back cause he didn't do is job right and note the pictures and all to the file. And I would not recommend anyone buy from them. They just want your money and give you bad furniture and won't exchange it when you pay extra for insurance.

Bought queen bed, mattress & box spring and a nice loveseat. I got scammed to buying a $200 warranty where he said I'd get free pillows and comforter. Bought July 6 for sister coming on 22nd. Got loveseat but no, bed back ordered, frame not available. Can get bed & box spring on 23rd but no frame. So, got it elsewhere and then returned to get my money back. What a HASSLE. Got bed refund but not the warranty and I do not get the pillows & comforter. I will not shop there or the Brick again.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. NO one will return your calls on any issue. Called at end of May with a warranty question and was told someone would call me back tomorrow. It is now July and no one has called me since May. another issue with damage during delivery and the promised call never came. Call on Tuesday and was promised someone would call me back on Wednesday and it’s now Friday. I’m not heard from them. Their lack of customer service. Has me shopping elsewhere.

I have ordered 2 sofa with lovese in December and paid in full they told me 3 month maximum will arrive. It took 9 month for my order to arrive it is the worst company to deal with. So unhappy with their customers service and thier management. I have been told that they will apply a discount for the delay haven't heard anything from them. The worst company ever. I went 3 time to ask for the order and they weren't that helpful at all. At the third time they told me that they will apply a discount once I receive the order but nothing happened.

extremely disappointed with a sofa I bought from leon 6 months ago..the material are in bad quality and started getting mould..called customer service and they said its a normal thing although the sofa is still under warranty..

I purchased a sectional sofa and the material started pilling and the cushions were shedding feathers within 6 months of use. Horrible quality ! Extremely disappointed.

I am so disappointed with the extremely poor customer service from Leon’s Only half of our couch was delivered today and the delivery men said the other half would be coming from a different store. Strange but ok— also the delivery men were rough and rude and didn’t even attempt to take off their shoes or wear booties! After a few hours, I called the store to inquire when we were to receive the second half and they had no idea what I was talking about. She said she would look into it and call me back and I never heard back from her. I called her back a few hours later and she said she hadn’t heard back from the warehouse manager. I explained to her that we had drained our fish tank in preparation for this delivery, and my fish were going to die if we were to leave it for much longer and I needed to know when the rest was being delivered. As well we were expecting guests that weekend that we planned around the delivery date. Since the warehouse manager wasn’t Responding we asked the general manager to call us back and he explained they didn’t know where the rest of it was and he’d get to the bottom of it. As the end of the day approached, I called the store and lo and behold—The manager had left without returning our phone call and explaining if and when and where the rest of our couch was! I am thoroughly disappointed with the accountability and customer service from Burlington Leon’s store!

I purchased a sofa with extended warranty and after a short while my seat was sinking when I raised the recliner. I went to the store to report this and they asked me to send them pictures of what was happening. I sent the pictures and after a week I hadn’t heard from them so I contacted the store and they said they would ask their manager again and they should know something by Friday. The person who I was interacting with went on vacation the day they told me to check back. So, after about 3 more days they arranged to send the supposed inspector to my house. Instead, the sent their delivery guy who I wasn’t able to communicate with because he didn’t speak fluent english. Now, the seat doesn’t sink as bad, but most of the time when I sit down the recliner pops up without me engaging the recliner. Pitiful customer service and I won’t go back to 43 Avenue and Bell Road.

I purchased their Stampede leather sofa and love seat less than two years ago. DO NOT PURCHASE this leather set EVER. It is no good, very poor quality of foam or filling which is insufficient. I have owed couches for over 15 years with no issues whatsoever. I just wanted something more modern and boy do I regret it. When you sit and try the floor model at Leon's it is very firm, do not think you are getting that when you purchased this set. Also when they delivered the sofa set they did not even put the leg straight great service. Do not bother wasting your time talking to a manager. Chris offered to take it back if I would pay half price to have the same problem or he would give me the name of someone to add more foam filling at my cost. OMG how times have changed. As if I would give them another penny after selling me a lemon sofa set. I will look to see if we have lemon laws in Ontario. One less customer!
