Made a purchase which was to arrive within 2 weeks, arrived more than 1 month later with no communication to us, we had to keep calling and asking for a date. Their customer service and phones are HORRENDOUS! Hang ups, can't transfer calls, no call backs. Purchase of washer and dryer arrived and their is an issue. It's been 4 days of calling and since the delivery and NOBODY is calling us back, always the same excuse, they are busy, with a client, will back and no to no avail do we get a call back. I have a washer and dryer that has been fully paid for sitting here and cannot be used or returned or issued resolved. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Leon's and I have been a customer for over 25 years! We have NEVER had such horrible service with ANY product.

Purchased a mattress was told if we didnt like we had over 200 sleeps to try. Ended up my back went out after sleeping 1 week on it. Unable to walk for six weeks. Finally after sleeping on the couch, Went back for exchange. Found one that suited and neber knew they wouldnt give us back the $400 difference in the price This was not explained to us in the purchase of the oringinal. Spoke to manager she said they don’t do that i asked for at least a store credit as we have shopped at Leons for well Over 30 years ! We will not be back!!!! Very unhappy

Do not buy any extended warranty from these thieves. They do not honor it. Bought a sectional couch from them and within 18 months was falling apart. Tried to get repairs done under their extended warranty...and was told it will not cover that. Just another scam to make you pay more for shoddy furniture

Run run run Run run run, it's a real disaster, 1- missing parts 2- broken parts 3- catastrophic customer service 4- delivery times without a fixed date, pushes the delivery time every week, ...

Leons sells low quality furniture at high prices. Sofa, loveseat and Recliner chair cost me $3500 and after a few months, back support went so soft both my wife and I couldn’t sit on them for more than 15 minutes without getting backpain. Of course.. that was our problem.. not the couches… funny sitting in the higher quality set downstairs (not leons) for 3 hours feels perfectly fine.

Ordered a bookcase September 2022. Still have not received as of Feb 12, 2023. Will never shop here again.

It is the worst after sale care ever. The furniture " tech" is a joke they trick you into signing a release of some sort when they tell you they are issuing a complaint. Was a customer for more than 30 years and not one more dime will be spent in that store . They will not care about you after the sale so buyer beware..

If they have the item in stock, they deliver it ok. If they don't, you better cancel the order and take your money back. We ordered a couch and a loveseat on December 6th last year. The couch was in stock, but we found out after a few calls to ask the order status. They intended to deliver them both together when the loveseat would arrive from ... the moon. At our request they shipped the couch. It's now February and for the loveseat we are still waiting. At our last call their representative hung up. We will probably cancel the rest of the order.

Stove didn’t work when delivered.went and chose another model cause the one I wanted would take 6 weeks to come in….when second stove was delivered side panel fell off. Went to store and asked to speak to manager she wouldn’t come and talk to me ..now waiting for third stove. Very disappointed And absolutely no compensation for all this ….don’t feel they value my business. This was my third purchase from Leon’s this year but I will never go back

Poor quality furniture. No customer service. No one attends phone neither reply to emails. Store staff trained to turn customers away if they bring a complaint. No return policy. If you want to return they deduct 50%. Never buy again store.

Brand new sofa, I spent $1800. They deliver it wrong colour and after a year springs are coming out of the seats. I will never buy or recommend Leon’s again customer service terrible

If I could give a lower rating that 1 star, I would've. I would never ever do business with this store again or recommend my friends and family to do any business with them. On Janaury 3, 2022 I went to the Leon's store in Whitby, the sales associate that assisted me was Ali. Now I bought several appliances and furniture. Ali told me that the stove would take two weeks for them to get the stove since it's not in stock at that store. Two weeks seemed fine so I agreed. After the time passed I called the store. Initially, Ali told me that the truck was full so the stove was left behind. As stupid as that excuse was, I accepted it. Wednesday January 25, 2023, I called again and enquired about the date that the stove will be delivered. Ali then made arrangements for the stove to be delivered on Friday January 27, 2023. On Friday January 27, 2023 the delivery team came to the house , they were from the Scarborough store, the delivery guy took the stove out of the truck. He came inside the house and knocked his snow filled shoes in the house. My husband simple said to him that he could've knocked the shoes off outside. The delivery guy then said oh, next time clean your driveway. He took the stove back to the truck. I've been patiently waiting for this stove for almost 4 weeks living off uber eats and doordash for this man to bring the stove to my house and went away with it. To say that I was furious was an understatement. Anyways, I called the Scarborough store the supervisor in charge of delivery basically told me that the stove was not delivered because of the snow on the drive way which was a lie. The house is a newly built house, at the moment the driveway is unpaved. So the cleaning of the snow will not be perfect. That's beside the point because the man had already removed the stove from the truck and made it to the front door. He went on to tell me that he could have it delivered tomorrow. I called the Whitby store since they were the one that I gave my money to, I was on the phone waiting for a long time before a woman who identified herself as a supervisor came on the phone. She too had the same story about snow on the drive way blah blah. I tried to explain to her, she said I should calm down, so I calmed down and spoke soflty and slowly and the lady proceeded to laugh at me. I asked her what was so funny she said its how you're talking. I was appalled that a person in that capacity could behave in such an unprofessional manner. Now I got real upset and asked for a refund. I hope that the money will be return to my card within 3-5 business days so I don't have to call them again.

Never buy anything from Leon's. Very bad experience. Nobody told you that all sales were final before you placed order. No return, no exchange, no store credit. Nobody returned your email or calls, very bad company.

This was a second delivery. The First time some parts were missing. This time I made a request to check if everything is there and my request was denied. Worst service I ever had. Will make Leon's a last choice to buy.

Worst customer service. For heaven sake, please don’t buy from this shop. I purchased a dining set on June 20 for 2000 dollars and when they delivered the product, We got to know that one of the chair was damaged and we raised a ticket for chair replacement. We tried calling them ( 12 to 15 calls) and we also visited the shop 3 times but no positive response. Now it’s been 5months still we are waiting for the chair replacement .We also added a 5 year protection plan along with the purchase but they are not willing to extend that not even for 2 months. I have all the call recording details

WARNING: do not buy the extended warranty, Leons does not honor it. They instead send it off to another company which is located in the US and say they will e-mail them for you and you never hear from them. And when you call Leons you get a very rude person or persons telling you that they are not the warranty holders and have nothing to do with the warranty.. So my question is why are Leons taking the money for the extended warranty and giving you the run around..
