“Help. This was bought for my grandson as a Xmas gift. I haven’t opened the box. I need to transfer the registration and Mulberry to his name. How do I do that? I want to contact you—- how do I do that? There is no contact info anywhere?”

“Not the best experience. When I pulled out the battery the first time, the Battery compartment clip broke off. It's a 5 dollar part on their website but it's not covered under the warranty. Very disappointing for a 500 dollar scooter. Also, when the scooter is folded it takes multiple times for the handle to catch on the rear fender. Finally, where it hinges in the front, it takes multiple attempt's to close and latch the handle assembly so its secure. Wouldn't buy again”

“I've bought two scooters from them over the past 2.5 years and have to say the quality has certainly improved. Although now I feel they are having more trouble keeping their spare parts in stock which has been a bummer. I also wish more shops services these. If you aren't in New York it's tough to find a spot to bring these to.”

“I am disappointed with the headlight, it is not bright. I was expecting a bright light for a scooter at this price as that is a key safety feature, but this one barely illuminates the road in front of my at night.”

“While at first, we were impressed with this scooter, after a few months of use we had to have the battery replaced. We were shipped a new battery, but it died after the first use. It likely means there are larger issues with the scooter. I would not purchase from Levy again!”

“It took a while for me to write s review about my new Levy scooter because I wanted to use and abuse it. I have purchased and returned 3 different scooter brands (hiboy, gotrax and hover was the last disappointment) Well, it's almost two months since the scooter was fast delivered to my front door, and have taken daily rides from my apartment to my nearest train station which is roughly a mile and a half back and forth and my verdict is that brand is the real deal, its super-fast, very light, the 8.5" tubed tires make a smooth ride, compared to other scooters and the best advantage is the removable batterie (which I almost forgot to mention holds its charge as advertised and only takes about 2 quick hours to go fully charge). I would definitely recommend it to any of my friends who want to buy an electric scooter.”

“Well so far it’s a very good scooter, i commute everyday to work with it, light weight to carry up and down the stairs of the nyc subway stations, I just wish it has some sort of suspension because i was on the lowest setting because i was running out of battery, going on the bike lane I fell into a little pothole and lost control and almost got hit by a car but still got really hurt because I fell on top of the scooter to the point i was sent to the ER and losing days of work, now the scooter is ruined because the back tire got bent. Overall the scooter is pretty good it can go very fast very quickly but you’re able to control that on the settings i just wish it had some sort of suspension.”

“The Levy Plus scooter has been great so far. We got it to put on our boat for trips to marinas where scooting around can be really helpful and fun. It takes up a lot less room than a bike, so that's a real plus on a boat. Our teenage son can't get enough of it. We'll get more soon.”

“Its a really good scooter, im 4'11 and 190 its a very light scooter compared to other brands gets me to work very quickly, i wish i could everything is amazing with this thing but my only issue was the tires after the first week they popped im switching to the solid ones soon other then the tires i love this thing super happy i got it very easy to drive i always keep it in sport so i can get around quickly but when.i chill with my kid n his scooter i keep it on beginner and it keeps up with him while he kicks 9/10 would recommend if you can afford the plus get that one in for longer battery distance n power”
