“I was extremely frustrated with my first Levy experience. I tried to take one from my apartment complex 1 mile down to road to meet a friend for dinner. Got to the restaurant and tried to close out the ride. Apparently I wasn’t in a “designated parking zone” so I could only pause the ride. When you pause the ride, the clock is still ticking, and you continue to get charged while you are not using. Of course, the clock kept on ticking until my entire balance got depleted to 0. Then, I had to reload money back into the app and drive it back to my apartment complex (the only designated parking zone). Overall, pretty frustrating experience. Love the ability to keep these scooters exclusive to my apartment complex, but really hate the idea I can’t turn the thing off when I’m trying to go have dinner for an hour.”

“Levy is very nice I would like to have a pay after your ride instead of a preloaded feature that you have to have over ten dollars feels like a bit of a scam would love a system that was pay after your ride and maybe the pre loaded system was a discounted price per rides or something idk?”
