“I couldn't complete the quote process on their website due to "technical difficulties" on the site so I called them up and answered a few questions on the phone. The whole process was stupidly smooth. They also don't try and push a hard sell for all the little add-ons like some companies will try and do; they just make you aware and that's it which is refreshing. Obviously I've not had to make a claim with them yet so I can't vouch for that but the whole process of getting cover was incredibly straightforward. UK call-centre as well and the guy I spoke to was really friendly but not in that awkward way - you know what I mean! Very happy.”

“quick and simple. one suggestion - you sent me a written renewal quote containing many of the T+C's, so when you call me to see if I wanted to renew, which I did, rather than have to go thru the long process of you readings out the T+C's, why cant there be a simple question where you ask if Ive read them, I say yes, ....job done! Saves about 10mins?”

“having completed the application on line a Lexham rep contacted me to check the details submitted. The rep suggested a couple of changes these were to employment status from unemployed to student / change the model of the scooter. I was the charged an admin charge of 25 pound which I did not expect as my understanding was that we were ensuring the details of the policy were correct. Had I contacted Lexham to make a change than I could fully understand the charge. I feel very disappointed and would not recommend to others because of this despite feeling Lexham appear to be very good in all other areas”
