Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Compared to my previous insurer, "Bikesure", it was a much easier process to obtain my insurance. Bikesure would not allow my 17 year old daughter to be added to my scooter insurance so I was forced to cancel my policy, (I still await my refund,,,,,,,,,,) and look elsewhere. Only by changing did I find out that Lexham policies are so much simpler to apply and pay for.”

“When buying the insurance online at the weekend I needed to speak to someone to confirm whether I was covered. Although the office was closed I spoke to someone who was very rude, he swore at me down the phone before hanging up. On the Monday all was sorted but I feel that staff on the claims line at the weekend need a course on talking to customers.”
