I couldn't complete the quote process on their website due to "technical difficulties" on the site so I called them up and answered a few questions on the phone. The whole process was stupidly smooth. They also don't try and push a hard sell for all the little add-ons like some companies will try and do; they just make you aware and that's it which is refreshing. Obviously I've not had to make a claim with them yet so I can't vouch for that but the whole process of getting cover was incredibly straightforward. UK call-centre as well and the guy I spoke to was really friendly but not in that awkward way - you know what I mean! Very happy.

The young lady who took my call was most helpful very well spoken and most of all had a sense of humour I would say I will be using Lexham in the future. please congratulate the member of staff. regards Carl Fitzsimmons

The Online Web Site was easy to use. The follow-up phone call by a member of staff was very helpful. The staff member i spoke to about some queries i had could not have been more help she explained every thing i needed to know and was very cheerful.

Customer service was first class. Explained quotation in detail and sought to get the most competitive quote. Attention to detail and my questions and requests where handled efficiently. Good advice was offered. Customer services were very pleasant and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Obviously Lexham are getting the service to customers right. quick and simple. one suggestion - you sent me a written renewal quote containing many of the T+C's, so when you call me to see if I wanted to renew, which I did, rather than have to go thru the long process of you readings out the T+C's, why cant there be a simple question where you ask if Ive read them, I say yes, ....job done! Saves about 10mins?

Would have rated very good had it not been for being given less than twenty four hours to produce proof of my no claimes discount. Re - Your letter dated 20/04/2015 My letter (proof of discount) dated 21/04/2015 Your letter dated 21/04/2015 Phone call - me to you 22/04/2015. mistake rectified by you by cancellation of your letter dated 21/04/2015. having completed the application on line a Lexham rep contacted me to check the details submitted. The rep suggested a couple of changes these were to employment status from unemployed to student / change the model of the scooter. I was the charged an admin charge of 25 pound which I did not expect as my understanding was that we were ensuring the details of the policy were correct. Had I contacted Lexham to make a change than I could fully understand the charge. I feel very disappointed and would not recommend to others because of this despite feeling Lexham appear to be very good in all other areas

Overall service is good, but the admin charges seem ridiculous bearing in mind this is an annual occurrence.

Had to call to see when policy would be delivered (new one) its posted to me ,and at a right price + the phone was answered straight away ,unlike some others who put the call on hold and play music ,so first class ,and I got a answer to my question ,so 100%
