Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“When buying the insurance online at the weekend I needed to speak to someone to confirm whether I was covered. Although the office was closed I spoke to someone who was very rude, he swore at me down the phone before hanging up. On the Monday all was sorted but I feel that staff on the claims line at the weekend need a course on talking to customers.”

“Overall, a decent company to deal with. Marked down for the fact that I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes when trying to purchase insurance and then when I did get through, the process was unbearably slow. Beware of the regular offers for add ons to your policy though That being said, very easy website to use, the staff were friendly, and a decent price.”

“Be careful: this company changes the contract details ! - if you don't notice it, you might think you are covered for something you are actually not - if you notice it and call to update, they will charge you for it ! good premium but cannot be trust”
