Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Ashley was very helpful on the phone and provided an honest opinion on what was most suited for my riding. Relevant documents arrived quickly and they were the cheapest provide for my 50cc quote. Would recommend so far, I guess the true colours come out if a claim needs to be put in but I have high hopes. :)”

“Initially setting up the insurance was super easy: I got a quote via gocompare and went from there. Then the hell started. Lexham called me at work to tell me my insurance was actually invalid and then went on to say they'd have to push it back and it would cost more. Once they'd gone through the numbers I asked them to call me back after 6PM so they didn't disturb my work any further. All good until 15 minutes later when they call back to say "woops! turns out we were wrong". Didn't need to pay more. Still got disturbed. Easy to set up, shame about the customer service.”

“I insured my Yamaha XMAX 400 with Lexham Insurance. This was after getting my 14 day cancellation money back from Go Skippy Insurance after I tried contacting customer services and had to wait 50 minutes on each occasion before somebody in Gibraltar, who spoke poor English on a dreadful line, barely understood me. Thank God I switched and found Lexham Insurance after reading good customer reviews. Yes, the phone line is answered promptly and I found their staff to be professional, courteous and they seemed to understand customer service - very refreshing in a country that usually has none these days. Well done.”
