“Overall, a decent company to deal with. Marked down for the fact that I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes when trying to purchase insurance and then when I did get through, the process was unbearably slow. Beware of the regular offers for add ons to your policy though That being said, very easy website to use, the staff were friendly, and a decent price.”

“Be careful: this company changes the contract details ! - if you don't notice it, you might think you are covered for something you are actually not - if you notice it and call to update, they will charge you for it ! good premium but cannot be trust”

“Thank you for arranging my moped insurance. I would like to say though that the length of legal stuff that your operators have to read out to their customers, I do feel that they should call customers back.. It is a very lengthy process which I know has to be carried out but thought should go into the phone bill payer.”

“After only 2 weeks unfortunateley I had my Motorbike stolen. I reported it to Lexham who then said someone would call me. After I heard nothing for 2 days, I called back and I was told to ring AXA, and report it to them Things that went wrong: 1) During the first call to Lexham someone should have told me to ring AXA 2) AXA new nothing about my case and told me it was odd that Lexham had not passed on the info”

“Internet application worked fine and I was called back immediately. For some reason the e-mailed papers never arrived but hard-copies did within 24 hours. e-mail correspondence was dealt with promptly and in a friendly way. As with all insurance one can never be quite sure of the service until one has to call on it.”
