Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“It was a great experience to be able to speak to a person rather than a recording, no digital button to get to the person. Very professional and helpful and also a good sense of humour which can be necessary when taking a motorbike insurance and you are read all you are covered for...accident , death. “I have recently taken out a motorcycle insurance policy with Lexham insurance and I must say the staff who I spoke to were very helpful, the phone was answered immediately and any questions I had were answered, a total contrast to my experience with eBike ( my last insurer ) who don't answer the phone or reply to emails.”

“Very Polite, Friendly and Courteous Staff who were very helpful and could answer all of my concerns over the Insurance I required for the Model of my Classic Scooter, ( that was not standard,) and thus could not be found on comparison sites. (and who incidentally were not interested.) Every detail of the proposed Insurance Policy was covered and explained fully by LEXHAN Insurance Staff as to what my Insurance consisted of, together with the fringe benefits. The Staff were not pushy and you felt as though you mattered to them, not just a quick sale, time was not an issue, and you could ask questions that were answered in a language that even I could understand. I would definitely recommended this Company in the future.”

“After taking out a motorcycle policy with you I was asked for proof of no claims which I sent emidiatly. Now ,12 weeks after taking out the insurance I received a letter saying if I didn't send proof of no claims within the next 7 days the premium would be recalculated and there would be an additional charge. After phoning I was told the letter had been sent by mistake. This doesn't inspire me with confidence in the company.”
