“I paid for one years insurance I'm only in my third week, so how can I review my insurance if I used it? Please ask me after twelve months after one years experience and my renewal.”

“Very Polite, Friendly and Courteous Staff who were very helpful and could answer all of my concerns over the Insurance I required for the Model of my Classic Scooter, ( that was not standard,) and thus could not be found on comparison sites. (and who incidentally were not interested.) Every detail of the proposed Insurance Policy was covered and explained fully by LEXHAN Insurance Staff as to what my Insurance consisted of, together with the fringe benefits. The Staff were not pushy and you felt as though you mattered to them, not just a quick sale, time was not an issue, and you could ask questions that were answered in a language that even I could understand. I would definitely recommended this Company in the future.”

“After taking out a motorcycle policy with you I was asked for proof of no claims which I sent emidiatly. Now ,12 weeks after taking out the insurance I received a letter saying if I didn't send proof of no claims within the next 7 days the premium would be recalculated and there would be an additional charge. After phoning I was told the letter had been sent by mistake. This doesn't inspire me with confidence in the company.”

“Having been given the wrong reg number by accident I had to call up for correct quotes for the bike and Lexham Insurance was just amazing! They were really helpful and friendly, delivering excellent service. They offered to send the bike dealer company the insurance certificate which is when it was discovered that the reg was wrong and they simply corrected the details for me and then contacted me to let me know that it was all sorted! I am really impressed by their efficiency and consideration.”

“Easy to use site and good value insurance. Just a shame about the lack of paperwork showing the monthly payments and the rude staff that hang up on you when you request it. Very poor customer service”

“I had my 1st year scooter insurance with lexham I went to get my 2nd year with lexham to the 1st and 2nd customer service was useless I rang back the last time and spoke to the 3rd person and was really helpful an got me the best price unlike the over 2”

“The motor scooter insurance was obtained via Compare the Market and Lexham provided the best price. The web site allowed most options to be considered. It would be better if the drop down option boxes allowed for other options to those pre-selected to be entered. eg security devices fitted. The policy documents did not accurately record a small number of answers previously given to some minor items and it was necessary to correct these. The question regarding imported vehicles was not clear, the true meaning relating to vehicles previously registered in another country and not to imports to UK distributors.”
