Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Took insurance out with lexham i advised you i was was having a alarm fitted and would notify you when this was fitted on calling you to have it put on my policy I was was told I would have to pay to have it placed on my policy if I had known this I would have added it when I took the policy out not happy”

“bit of an issue getting through by phone but once we did, the staff were really helpful and kind. We had made an error with the policy and staff worked efficiently to resolve and correct that error. Really nice to have knowledgeable humans to speak to - not just AI/a bot/out of country call centres.”

“overall they good. I had the case with them where I was trying to insure another bike so two bikes with same insurance company I thought that would make sense. it took them four days to respond which is not acceptable in my opinion.”
