Great service whilst ourchasing the cover. Just hope i dont have to find iut what your sevice is like should i need to make a claim

I initially got the website confused when adding occupations and named drivers and had to start again from scratch so I think this could be improved. Also it doesn't appear to store/combine quotations under a single email address, it seems to store them under username/password so I was unable to manage several quotes in one place. I'm happy to be corrected if this is not the case. But all this aside it was straightforward and I was satisfied with the quotes and purchasing process.

I normally hate phoning insurance companies because sometimes it seems to take forever and the person isn't that helpful on the other end of the phone. However, when I phoned Lexham a lovely young man answered, who was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly so I could understand what I was paying for. Very good service.

Picked this company initially as it was the cheapest for me. Very happy with the customer service so far, and otherwise just all round great support.

The person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable, so hopefully, if they are all like that, there should be no problems!

Offered good advice and at the end, always asked if I had any questions. Would suggest the staff speak slower as it was at times unclear what they were saying and made it hard to follow. However, the staff was very polite and repeated their sentence whenever I asked them to.

Overall I was impressed but I was a bit disappointed about the number of calls I had to make when making a claim, it would be much easier if I could do it all at once instead of making a series of calls and having to hold various reference numbers for each different company.

I wondered why it was necessary to have to verify our licences with the DVLA and having photcopies of the licences wasn't enough. The companies that insure our cars and other moped don't insist on this

Really good price but I had a slight snag with website. That said customer services were really quick at dealing with my request and getting my documents to me. I'd use them again if the price was good.

Contact was very helpful but had to call in as going online would not allow me to enter the information I needed to enter _ also the price was really higher than I was expected & was lead to believe

Good service, reasonable insurance as a result. The process took a little longer than I would have liked, but I guess much of the talk is regulated and they have to say it. I got a follow up call, which was nice, but I got the distinct impression it was really designed to sell me something, which wasn't quite as nice.
