“The phone clerks were very helpful and friendly, explaining things very clearly. I was very satisfied. There are, however numerous documents one receives that relate to different aspects of the insurance which became quite confusing. It would also be useful to have a one document with a full breakdown of everything that has been paid including the amount for the initial admin fee otherwise one has to look through all the documents. Also labelling each document according to its content would help finding information more easily. Each time I've wanted to find out something about my insurance I've had to open every document.”

“Very friendly staff and great customer service. Cheap on insurance and would recommend them to anyone. Would be even better if you were to ring insurance holders every 2-3 month to let for further feedback and also to let them know about renewal price once insurance runs out.”

“Sign-up process was easy and someone later contacted me by phone to check I was happy and to warn me that having a Gmail mail account might mean documents etc might end up in my spam folder (which was the case). Can't review their recovery service yet as I haven't had to call upon it, and long may that be the case! However, the person that phoned to check was very helpful explaining how it works etc.”
