“Lexham insurance is well priced and their staff are efficient when taking up your renewal. I did find them very pushy though with multiple emails and letters saying my insurance was cancelled from a fortnight time if I didn't renew. I found this slightly confusing as I would expect to be Informed that as of a certain date I would not be covered not that it had been cancelled. Still using them though.”

“Was competitive quote for my 1st year and no problems setting it up and getting policy details. 2nd year quote wasn't as good as I wanted so shopped around and found cheaper. One criticism is - make sure you are aware that 5 days before due date they will take payment if you don't tell them you want to cancel (it is in small print) I thought I had a few more days to sort so had to ring them to cancel once they had already took money.”

“The man I spoke to wasn't exactly rude but he wasn't exactly friendly either. A bit brusque and no nonsense. Made my feel a bit awkward when I was trying to be polite. Nonetheless, the policy got set up without a hitch and my documents were accepted. If there's ever a need to claim, I'll update this review accordingly. It's a bit difficult to review an insurer who you haven't claimed with - a bit premature - bit they asked for this feedback mere days after my policy started. I would recommend maybe waiting a year or half a year before asking for feedback.”
