“I contacted Lexham when I was looking to insure a campervan that I had been in the process of buying. They were patient with my questions and ensured I understood every detail before taking out the insurance. I did not proceed with the sale of the campervan and had to cancel insurance a few days later. Your team were fantastic with my request to cancel and were happy to inform me that if insurance was required again to contact them. My refund arrive a few days later. Excellent service. I would highly recommend Lexham Insurance.”

“Was a new customer to Lexham. Policy cancelled due to an un-uploaded form. One email to contact me with a 7 day "warning period", I did not see this email so they cancelled my policy without any further contact attempt, when I reached out they refused to reinstate my policy regardless of providing the document or paying a fine. Refunded about 1/3 of the policy cost despite only holding the policy for under two months. Ultimately a company interested in quick money and not supporting or retaining its customers.”

“Not to accept No Claims proof from EU it's not right. Every year the insurance cost it goes up 40-50%, with No Claims. It doesn't make sense. Really hard to reach them.”

“I have found generally Lexham to be very good apart from when I renewed my policy this year and was charged a considerable amount more to renew because I changed my motorcycle halfway through the previous year. When I questioned why over the telephone I was told it was because I had a different bike. The new Bike that I was insuring was exactly the same model as my previous bike as I returned it to the dealer because it had many problems. It seems to me that insurance companies can charge what they like for no reason and expect loyalty from customers. Rant over. (I know that I won't even get a reply from Lexham about this so I won't hold my breath!)”
