“You would have got very good but............... ............this policy is for my son to go with a motorcycle he is getting as a present. I specifically asked that the documentation, which I need to get the new vehicle taxed, was sent to my email address and not posted to him as named policyholder. Despite this I have not received the documents by email but by post addressed to him. Fortunately he hadn't noticed the letter among the pile of other stuff for me so I was able to intercept. This could have spoiled a surprise in which case you would have got a "very poor". This cannot be that unusual a request.”

“Passed my A1 test a few months ago and just renewed my insurance (hoping it would come down) only to be told that as i can only ride a 125cc i do not get a discount? (waste of £600 that was?). I also asked about why i did not get a years no claims discount and was told that they do not do this on a classic policy? Nothing mentioned about this beforehand so i will look around a bit more next year to see if there is a better policy..... :/”

“Extremely impressed .... fast friendly and efficient service. I received a telephone call confirming details after completing the online application which was dealt with professionally and then my policy documents arrived within 3 working days. Obviously not had to claim so can't comment on that side of the business but from a new policy perspective I couldn't have asked for anything more.”
