“Very easy to insure, nice cheap quote. The thing I liked was that over the phone it was easy to get my proof of insurance mailed to me immediately after buying the insurance, this was a great and fast service if you're picking up a new bike and need to show them your insurance certificates on the day I'd recommend this insurance company. Their live chat and phone call really helped get things done quickly.”

“yeah I done my insurance on the internet on Saturday with no problems whats so ever, then on the Monday I got a call from lexham just wanting to double check a few things, and yes I had made a mistake on the computer so that was put right on the phone. so all in all yes a very good experiance”

“When I found myself in the unfortunate position of making a claim I found Lexham to be inefficient, they didn't even forward the details to my insurance provider for days and then only did so when I called them for an update. My insurance provider was , on the contrary, very efficient and helpful suppling a settlement figure within 3 days of receiving the claim from Lexham. Well done Highways insurance. As for my separate claim directly with Lexham to recover my excess this apparently cannot even start until I forward proof of the payout clearly showing the excess deducted and then can take weeks. Very poor service Lexham especially as your the broker and should know these details before me!”

“Vast amounts of text and nonsense. Legal jargon that is impossible to read in its entirety especially for anyone not trained in law. Like everyone else I am forced to agree to its provisions largely unread. Even the spoken conditions could have led to a three day conversation had I asked the questions that I have. The requirements for anti theft security are wildly impractical, and in the case of my particular vehicle, IMPOSSIBLE to implement. One is left with the impression that the insurers intend that they will never have to pay out in the event of a theft. I am forced to accept these term as a requirement in law. A situation exploited by the insurers to the hilt.”

“Fantastic clear concise sale over the telephone. I required insurance for my 16 year old son who did his CBT on his birthday and for whom I had bought a moped. Lexham came highly recommended by the course instructor and having read their customer reviews I was convinced they were the right choice. Within 20 minutes the very well informed man on the telephone had sourced the exact cover we required at a competitive cost, including excess cover, and my son was on the road and happy as could be. Several of his friends are expecting mopeds on their birthdays and I had no hesitation in pointing them towards Lexham for their own insurance cover.”
