“Many products were not available. This is a problem with products that are consumed on a daily basis. Something like that shouldn't happen, especially if you buy directly from the manufacturer.”

“Products very good - so I should give 4-5 stars. But: due to changes in the delivery policy I only want to give 3 stars. why can't I receive a 150€ - 200€ value parcel without any delivery costs? Last time I wanted to send an order I had no chance to choose any free delivery option.”

“Life extension use to be my prefereble brand. But latest every year prices changes, the costs for delivery are not transparent (once for free, once for free but you have to pick it up somewhere and once have to pay for it). so, I'm not that sutisfied anymore.”

“Lieferung bestens. Schade, dass ich jetzt nur in "Englisch" angeschrieben wurde. Bei der Auswahl meiner Bestellung finde ich die Webseite nicht optimal. Für mich ist wichtig, welche Vitamine/ Mineralien/ Aminos in den Dosen vorhanden sind und die jeweilige Menge. Dies ist nicht separat einsehbar, nur schwierig über das "Großziehen" der Dose. Zudem lese ich auch sehr gerne, warum und wofür die Inhaltsstoffe empfohlen werden. Das man das gut und vollständig auf einer Seite lesen kann - ohne "scrollen", wäre mir wichtig. Empfehlung: schauen sie mal die Webseite, vor allem die einzelnen Seiten der Produkte von www.vitaminexpress.org an. Dort ist es für mich besser gelöst. Besser wäre es auch, wenn wirklich "alles" in "deutsch" angegeben würde.”
