“Before I gave always a 5 Star rating.. But maybe because of the restrictions from the EU or because other reasons, the size and the content of the products differ a lot from the previous ones! And I find, that the prices in Europe are a little bit to expensive compared with those in the States. Even if you add shipping and taxes!”

“I ordered products from you more than a month ago. You have had problems with the firm that delivers - UPS . Was told today when I checked again if anything had arrived, that they have had lots of problems with this firm. Not reliable. Suggest you change company you work with. I would love to receive my products!!”

“very disapointed with the service during the past 12 months nearly every time i go to purchase. the site say out of stock,, then i go onto amazon and your product is available with free postage and rapid delivery, at the moment i have successfully purchased co q 10 capsules and after 7 days have still not arrived with usb saying its on its way. when it was only the stateside depot delivery was so efficient and slick . your current service has gone without trace”

“The products are excellent but ordering on the website is a nightmare. I often get kicked out 3x before being able to place my order. This has happened multiple times. In addition, many items were sold out due to moving their warehouse and I was never notified when the items were back in stock. I informed them of my issues and no one ever got back to me. I have been a customer for over 3 years.”

“Too much plastic waste, increasingly unneccesary convinience products or high-end products no normal mortal could afford ongoingly. Additionally for some customers essentials, like P-5-P above 20mg, are disapearing - dispite being assured years ago by LEF EU of being up to the fight against such overreaching reglementation by the EU. On the other hand very high quality of ingredients, and still enough essentials reasonably available during special sales. So in the final plus-minus analysis still very 'acceptable', and if this section wouldn't be so limited, even 'very good'.”
