“de verzending van het pakketje met GLS kan volgens mij vlotter en hoeft geen 5 dagen onderweg; het hoeft ook niet geleverd de dag na de bestelling. Tot nu toe heb ik een correcter en betere ervaring bij andere firma's met DHL. Mvg; johny vansteenlandt”

“I am not happy with UPS Delivery. My order was supposed to be delivered at home with a scheduled timeslot.I stay at home. But nobody came and I had to go to ashop to have it. Can you improve this? Thanks Have a nice day.”

“Life Extensions Europe is an excellent company with a bad habit: using inferior fillers like fatty acids like magnesium stereate and also fillers like silicon dioxide for their pills. If they eliminated the use of these inferior, not very healthy fillers they would be one of the absolute top product sales companies, especially if they were careful to always use the highest quality most bio-available ingredients when a vitamin or mineral have different forms to choose from.”

“I have used Life Extension products since 2014 and have placed 6 orders in the US and 19 in Germany. I believe they are excellent and will continue to order them when ever possible. However, the majority of these orders were via Amazon. My last order from LE was at the LE Europe shop on line. With that order I had some difficulity with the website. This could have been due to my experience with the site. All went well until I went to pay and that process was not clear to me. I couldn't determine when the payment process ended and finally gave up. The next day I received an email asking if I forgot something, so I logged in again. This process seemed again somewhat confused, but in the end it appeared to have been successful. In short, really great products but a seemingly troublesome website during checkout. I will try again to get the Life Extension, Ultra Prostate Formula, 60 Softgels that I think are absolutely great! I have taken them since 2015 and can highly recommentd them. Hopefully they will be back in stock very soon! Kind regards. Roy Lancaster”

“I had good service from Life Extension but UPS delivery was poor. The driver just dumped the parcel in the common area of the flats and didn’t notify us it had been delivered. We’ve had similar problems with other UPS delveries. Service from Life Extension has greatly improved.”

“Love your products, but UPS...??!! What a sad courier, they managed to totally screw up my delivery, and my products where on the verge of being sent back. Long story, finally got them, but it wasn't a smooth ride.”

“The ordering was simple. The shipment came quickly. The product quality is always excellent. My only complaint is the packaging. Five expensive bottles came in an envelope. The flap of the envelope had partly opened. I was lucky to receive all five bottles.”

“My phone number in Estonia contains 7 digits. Your website insists on 8 digits, so I had to give my husband’s phone number. That caused all kind of problems with the delivey.”

“The melatonin itself is great. But it took a long time to get it sent and delivered. This is not all due to Life Extensions, a lot of the blame is on Brexit. Go there for a good product, but not if you're in a rush!”
