“Hi the change of your shipping rules is not so nice. If I have to go in a small shop far from my address, to have free shipping I prefer to order my things from other companies.”

“Lieferung bestens. Schade, dass ich jetzt nur in "Englisch" angeschrieben wurde. Bei der Auswahl meiner Bestellung finde ich die Webseite nicht optimal. Für mich ist wichtig, welche Vitamine/ Mineralien/ Aminos in den Dosen vorhanden sind und die jeweilige Menge. Dies ist nicht separat einsehbar, nur schwierig über das "Großziehen" der Dose. Zudem lese ich auch sehr gerne, warum und wofür die Inhaltsstoffe empfohlen werden. Das man das gut und vollständig auf einer Seite lesen kann - ohne "scrollen", wäre mir wichtig. Empfehlung: schauen sie mal die Webseite, vor allem die einzelnen Seiten der Produkte von www.vitaminexpress.org an. Dort ist es für mich besser gelöst. Besser wäre es auch, wenn wirklich "alles" in "deutsch" angegeben würde.”

“Response on questions is allways fast and good. Delivery by UPS is up to now still a mess As we make at least three times an bigger order a year, makes it impossible for us to go in to your almost daily special offer.”

“I lowered my previous review to three stars because Life Extension suddenly changed the shipping policy. I was promised free shipping if I spent at least €50 on purchase, but suddenly I am charged for shipping, no matter how much I purchase. Life Extension offers that s customer pay now for premium membership to get 'free' shipping, but that is not free. I always feel irritated when an agreement is breached”
