“I don’t know why the package order Nro 400295111, track Nro 1ZE747330495754756 was not brought to our door, as it was originally promised. The product NAD+ Gold, 30 ml was transported in cold chamber. But when picking it up it was already warm. BR, Harri Kortelahti”

“Acceptable this time is the best we can offer because you didn't have the Two-Per-Day Multivitamin Capsules. So we had to get the Tablets, which are NOT nearly as good for absorption as the Capsules.”

“The UPS delivery didn’t work very well. No option whatsoever to decide WHEN (date and time-of-day) to deliver. Better if normal postal package could be selected and used when ordering”

“I don't know why could yu not bring th product to my home? I paid 7 euros for that and you left the product quite far away from my home (about 6 km:s). Otherwise I would say, that it took quite long time to get the product I ordered.”

“This time I am not satisfied with the delivery of your products by UPS. I got a message that the delivery will be to our home 2.2.2022 between 12.00-16.00 We were at home all day waiting for the transporter. But nothing happened! Then late afternoon I got a message that the transporter had tried to come but we haven´t been at home but this is nonsense! We were here at home and our doorbell was OK. Then I got a message that our parcel is in Montauroux and I must pick up it there. So waste of time and extra costs for us!”

“He quedado decepcionado por el envío de los productos a través de UPS. Ya había tenido problemas con anterioridad en otros envíos. No me lo trajeron a mi domicilio, si no que lo dejaron en un punto de recogida, mintiendo que no pudieron entregarlo por falta de firma del destinatario. Comprobé con nuestro portero y me confirmó que ko habían venido de UPS. Cuando oo recogí, la caja estaba parcialmente rota y los tarros cadi fuera, en un estado inadecuado. Es una pena con el precio elevado que tienen tener que recibir la mercancía en mal estado, sobre todo siendo productos de nutrición y la importancia de su higiene y hermetismo. Me pensaré seriamente si vuelvo a realizar pedidos, a pesar de ser cliente de varios años, como podrán comprobar en ki historial. Muchas gracias.”

“Ik was verwonderd om bij mijn laatste bestelling hoge transportkosten te moeten betalingen. Bij mijn vorige bestellingen was verzending gratis. Dit maakt uw producten wel veel duurder t o v uw concurrenten Bij mijn voorlaatste bestelling heb ik vijf dagen moeten wachten op levering (het pakket was toen via Duitsland naar Belgie gekomen). Ik zoek een goed alternatief product want jullie zijn wel erg duur”

De geschatte levertijd voor bestellingen is 2-4 werkdagen, maar tijdens drukke periodes zoals onze Super Sale kan het iets langer duren. Houd er rekening mee dat de levering gratis is voor bestellingen van meer dan 69 EUR, en altijd gratis als je een Premier-lidmaatschap hebt. Vriendelijke groeten, Life Extension Europe-team
