“Seguo LEF da tantissimi anni e uso da altrettanto tempo i suoi prodotti che reputo ottimi. Ma i prodotti che sono presenti nel catalogo europeo sono ridotti e mancano molte cose e molte novità. Inoltre i corrieri spesso arrivano in ritardo. Mettere corrieri più affidabili è indice di attenzione ai clienti.”

“We will test the products in the coming days; past experiences were positive. The delivery was not satisfactory with UPS changing delivery date more than once and then faking delivery at our address to drop the parcel at their local depot to make their life easier. We had to cross the town and be at the convenience of UPS rather than the contrary.”

“ich habe ein großes Paket für nur wenige Produke bekommen. Viel Verpackungsmüll hätte man einsparen können. Ich habe mich sehr darüber geärgert und werde das auch per email meinem gesamten Bekanntenkreis mitteilen und nicht mehr bei Ihnen bestellen.”

“Translations are a disaster - Spanish version of newsletters usually come up with translation mistakes. And one of them was in Italian. Why in Italian? The language I chose for everything (both user UI and newsletter) is Spanish.”

“While many products offered on the Life Extension Europe website are of high quality, particularly the Life Extension brand supplements, Life Extension Europe offers some other brands with products of questionable quality. Examples include Nutramino brand sports nutrition products (not offered on Life Extension's US site) which contain artificial sweeteners and synthetic preservatives.”

“Please let customers know that parcels are arriving from Europe. I saw a London address on your website and thought it would only take a few days, but no. Also, UPS delayed my parcel over a weekend, so I had to wait even longer! A bit of clarity buys customer loyalty.”
