“Some kind of bug in your system prevented me of benefiting from my welcome 20% off free shipping voucher (20FS4YOU). On step 4, I went back to check if the delivery address was right, and then I tried to go back forward to order confirmation, but was stuck on step free with a message popping up saying something like "Voucher could not be found". Tried refreshing multiple times, but apparently the order was considered cancelled. As I needed the product asap, i submitted the order again and lost the €15 offer.”

“Paying with my credit card I usually use with you failed for no reason. Finally paid by Paypal which however is not offered as payment method in the first step. Overall, your high price Europe strategy plus your only rare and low discount offerings versus years or compared to US market.You are about to loose me as your client. Reduced purchase volume already.”
