“I tried a way of payment , aber did not succeed. And after that, I couldnt change the payment method. No way out. Only after some hours of waiting, I could order again.”

“Why is it not possible to enter one's date of birth by hand? It takes for ever and a day to click on every month!”

“Even though I have purchased items from you over a very long period, I have found the process to be most time consuming with this order. My details were required to be inputted repeatedly . “I have answered to your inquiry concerning my experiencies of your services. I did that and you ( or your marketing department) thanked and gave me a discount code of 10 % to be used not later than 14.4.2024 or today. However your system did not accpeted it saying it is not known. The said inquiry was send to my e-mail address. Now I am very disappointed to your performance. I and my wife have been used LE`s products about 20 years time. Iám waiting to get the promised 10 % discount of the value of this order.”

“Payment process on this website is extremely poor. The credit card method failed and then wouldn't let me put in another credit card. Used bank transfer function, but didn't put in any details. Very puzzling.”

“I lost the 10% discount when there was an error in the program when paying. I had answered a survey and tried to pay directly from my bank account for my purchase. However, the purchases were removed by Life Extension and I lost the discount. I placed the order again and paid by credit card. The payment was successful, but I didn't get the discount.”

“When establishing one's account amongst others the date of birth is requested. Well, it took me quite some time to get back to my date of birth ... the older a person is the longer it takes (at least now I know that I was born on a Thursday ...) However, I think this should be optimized (e.g. by selecting day, month and year of birth separately). This rating - "poor" - expressly does not refer to any of your products!.”
