This company has disgusting customer service! I ordered 3 items on 23 April 2022, none of which have arrived (23 May). I have emailed several times to ask for repayment, most of which have been ignored, but the two replies i have received only reply in Spanish!!!!

I agree wholeheartedly with the comments by others, there is a clear policy to block returns, customer service is not in their vocabulary. I complied with every detail published but have had no response whatsoever. DO NOT USE - Light may be in the box but certainly not at the end of the tunnel.

This company does nor want to give you back your money if you return an item! I'm currently trying to get my money back and they keep sending me emails trying to pursued me to take alternative offers.I have responded three times affirming my wishes and after two weeks have still not received a returns form.No form of return is given when your item/s arrive.I would not use this company again.

Dear Management, As a New Customer, I am extremely dissatisfied with Light in the Box and your Customer Service as my son & I decided to go with this company for his wedding; paying over $170 and only being offered $28 in return for a Faulty Dress with Incorrect Sizing that also prohibits me from lifting my arms above my head. As stated on your Return Policy under the Returnable Items, IF items are Faulty or Incorrect in size or color, they can be returned. Your policy does not say anything about partial refunds so we were under the impression that because this dress was Faulty & Incorrect in Size, that we would receive a Full Refund instead of the $28 that was offered from a purchase of $170+. It also states on your Site’s Return Policy that if we are not satisfied with our purchase and the product is still in new condition, it can be returned without mention of reason! We notified you of this issue the very same day we received this product which was May 13th and returned the product by May 20th which also falls under your 7 day deadline. This is False Advertising & Misrepresentation. Customer Service then asked us to upload photos of this product or send a video and we sent them a video. If we are not Refunded for the amount of $149.99 for the Faulty Dress with Incorrect Sizing, I will be seeking a next step. Sincerely, A Highly Dissatisfied Customer

Shocking customer service and unbelievable returns policy. I didn’t have to send my measurements but my dress was “made from scratch” once my payment had cleared. They would not take the dress back - its was over £120.00 but it did not fit, even though I was careful to measure myself for their sizing guide. Surely they must get orders from there size guides that they “make from scratch”??? The dress wasn’t even nice quality felt cheap and poorly packaged, just shoved in a plastic bag. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER AGAIN

Scam company😡😡😡 It took over a month to deliver and when the clothing arrived it was very cheap and poor quality. What was ordered from the pictures and what arrived are poles apart. Pictures of designer shirts shown. very cheap Chinese copies delivered. The neck and sleeves on one of the shirts is stitched wrong and totally the wrong colour. Very disappointed to have wasted £60.00. Tried to give the shirts to friends who laughed. Ended up donating the clothes to charity and still felt guilty about that. I have shirts and T shirts bought from a street market in Vietnam for a fraction of the cost which are far superior quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. 😡😡😡😡.

Absolutely awful quality. Items completely different to the pictures on the website. Poor quality and cheaply made. Took two weeks to arrive. I wish there was a zero starts rating as one star seems generous. SCAM!

Light in the box is a scam site!!!! Be aware!!! I ordered 2 items 1 month ago and I still haven’t received anything and no money back as well!! They don’t answer questions and they just don’t give you the money back!!! Scam!!!!!!!

their products are not fit to size. Their return policy makes it impossible to exchange or get a refund of unwanted items. Would never use them again!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, the 2 dresses I ordered are nothing like the photos on line they are absolutely awful really cheap material I don't know how this company is getting away with this, just read the returns policy and It is so difficult to return anything so both dresses going in bin. Lesson learned. I would be ashamed to take them to my local charity shop.

The quality of their clothing is disgraceful . I ordered a coat that looked lovely on line. Well when it arrived I was flabbergasted.It was ugly, nothing like what I had ordered, very cheap material and it was like it had gone through the ringer. I did have trouble returning it. However I told them I was going to make complaint to BBB. They weren’t long afterwards refunding my money. Even told me I didn’t need to return the coat. No use to me because it’s not ever fit to donate to Good Will. Fact.

Don't trust this company. Item did not fit and returns policy is to return to China at most of the cost of the item or accept 205 of cost of item as credit or 10% of cost as a refund.

Do not use this company!!! All my items were of terrible quality, so different from the images. I have emailed 6 times so far to get a refund. Customer Services keep telling me I will have to pay for the cost of returning the items in advance and offer me discount on the items instead. I have had 3 different discount offers. Each time I tell them I do not want a discount, I want full refund and how can I return. I am still trying to get a response. £180 on clothes I wouldnt use as dusters. Terrible. Please dont get caught like I did.

I just got my order today and my jaw dropped.What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It was a very cheap made dress, Poor quality expensive products, terrible return policy. The materials were the lowest quality I have ever encountered. Don't throw your money away.These reviews must all be fake. Images are different from what you receive. The worst company. It’s all just a big scam. It cost more to send something back than the items i ordered. Don’t order from them. I learned my lesson.

Placed an order more than 3 months ago and still didn't receive the item. I'm trying to cancel it to get my money back, but the support team doesn't seem to be helpful at all.
