I ordered 2 outfits. Gave my measurements. The outfits did not fit at all. All they did was take a small pattern and made it wider. If I would have been about 6 inches shorter maybe it would have fit but I doubt it. Their clothes are not for American women. I returned the clothes for a full refund. The clothes were returned in March and it is end of May. Still no refund yet. It cost me $75 to return the clothes to them. I'm expecting that to be refunded too. I have contacted them many times and have sent many pictures. Still no refund. They are not a good company to do business with. I do not recommend buying from them.

Very poor quality product, did not match image on website, far far too small. Looked like army fatigues not casual jacket. To get a refund would have to incur prohibitively expensive cost of posting to China or accept a small discount. Absolute disgrace from start to finish and what's worse is that the same product images appear on more than one website so they are trading under multiple mail order companies. Stick to trusted local companies.

I am sad to say that the products are of very low quality and I would not recommend this site to anyone. My son unfortunately was sent a message of having to pay extra and the company ended up charging him around 40 dollars extra for shipping which my husband had already paid. They were asking for his credit card but luckily gave him his debit card. This is very shady. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Ordered ages ago and the processing time is forever. I ordered this item for a particular event and it wouldn’t arrive in time. Even though the item hasn’t yet been sent they will only offer 50% refund on the item. This is a terrible company and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND MOST OF THE JEWERLY AND SANDALS WAS VERY POOR QUALITY AND THE CLOTHING TO SMALL. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED TO RETURN SOME OF THE ITEMS...WHICH INCLUDED...CONTACTING THEM TO START A TICKET, TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF THEIR PACKAGES AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES OF BOTH SIDES OF EVERY ITEM....ALL IN ALL I PROBABLY SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR IN TOTAL TRYING TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID....Dear customer, Appreciate your efforts in providing the pictures, however we apologize that we are unable to determine the quality issue from the pictures provided. Nonetheless, if you believe that there is a quality issue and have more pictures or a video that can reflect the issue related, we are still able to further assist in providing them to the supplier and negotiate possible solutions. Seek for your patience and understanding.....NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THRU ALL OF THIS FOR A REFUND!!!!! ORDER# 2204262154554121

This company has left my friend in tears. She has lost £130 as it was impossible to ask for a refund on the site which went in circles. Awful products ridiculous sizing and YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They sell garbage cheap. Then play games if you want a refund. Typical Chinese company. Horrible cheap quality in fact using word quality is wrong. This is garbage fake copies.

Ordered good which has taken 3 weeks items terrible quality paid £95 for 4 tankinis contacted the site offered me 10 % back or 20% or said to return would cost me half the value i paid I am so upset saved hard to buy these thinking of taking legal action so upset

Disgraceful quality. Bought two cardigans and the quality of the material and the construction was appalling. They had holes, stitching unravelling, buttons too big for buttonholes, etc. I blame myself for not checking reviews. Hope you read this and save yourself the angst. Won't even bother with any refund process. It would be an exercise in frustration.

Poor customer service. I'm trying to return my purchase since I received and the service is horrible. They said 24hr but is more than that and no answers or anything else. The fabric is poor, big size, completely different than website.

They do not refund the material is cheap and flimsy. I paid £60 for what i thought was a high quality dress for a wedding when it came i was so shocked it was the cheapest tinnedt material with bad stitching. I am now still four weeks in arguing to get my money back the offered 50% of not to return or 70% off another product. It is soo bad honestly it makes you want to cry. I wish I had done more research on the company.

Light in the box never sent my order but just took my money. 146.25. I am very very disappointed. Your company is a SCAM. You all are crooks. I am working with my bank to make sure you get what you deserve. It has been since April 4th and I still have not received anything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.

This company is practicing misrepresentation by advertising products that you are not getting surely this is illegal. False advertising the goods are knocked up in some factory probably I’m china and made to look like the item you’ve ordered I paid £135 extra for customs and now can’t get a full refund I am reporting to trading standards
