5 days already passed and stil processing the order. Costumer service doesn’t reply to the messages either. They probably have 1 employee doing several jobs. Very disappointed with this company.

WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They messed up my address, sent it to a post office without informing me, and I've been now waiting 3 months for a refund. They lie continuously and never fix anything.

I received a dress that doesn't fit me, doesn't even look like the site shows, the company refused to refund my money, they offer to give me 20 % credit in my future orders or 10% refund after 30 to 40 days. Horrible, I would never buy anything from this company again.

Scam. The received t-shirt looks nothing like on the pictures. The fabric and print quality is terribly bad. Sizing is wrong, but even if it wasn't, I wouldn't want to wear this piece of garbage. Refund procedure is non existent. Wondering how can get away with this for so long.

I can only say that it is so hard to send items back that you don't want because they don't put any papers in with your orders

As everyone is saying, it is impossible to get a refund for a cheap and nasty dress that looks nothing like the quality in the ad. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The clothes were “undersized”. When a requested a return, they said I could get 10% of the value of the goods! My other choice was to pay shipping to China. This is a terrible company. The shirts were also not as pictured.

Awful company would never order again poor quality shoes nothing like adverised. Tried to get refund as they were to wide and generally not happy with them. No returns label in package and customer service making it very difficult to return. Do not order from these, a waste of money!

This company is refusing to give my wife a fund for goods she sent to them six weeks ago. The items were the wrong size and did not match the images shown on their website. The items were returned as per their instructions. All follow up emails have been ignored.

Just trying to send back three awful dresses. They want to only give me 50% of return as they say costs 40 dollars to return to China a complete rip off never use this company

Worse return process ever! no email or phone to contact. You need to send a picture of the items you ordered or you can't even go through process. $50 on 2 shirts plus $8 s&h. I'm stuck because can't finish return.

I ordered a blue tee-shirt, expecting it to be much like any other blue tee-shirt I've ever bought online. I thought it would be cotton but it was some awful synthetic material, white on the inside, shiny metallic blue on the outside like some faux silk or satin. The printed design was just awful quality too, blurred not sharp. It looked nothing like the example on their website being worn by models. I couldn't be bothered to go through the convoluted returns procedure so I'm just going to write it off. The tee-shirt was so bad it's gone in the trash.

I suspect I am about to experience the same frustration as previous reviewers here. I just received 2 clothing items of very poor quality and nothing like the photos. There are no contact details on the LITB website - no email or phone number. So how can you make a complaint. Wish I'd researched before ordering - I was seduced by the 'sale' prices - as I suspect I'm going to lose my money. This company is clearly a candidate for Rip Off Britain. I might try threatening them with the small claims court - just to see if I get any response.

They ship from local satellite depots but if you wish to return an item you have to post it to China 🇨🇳 which is invariably not cost effective. Your refund is swallowed by postage and taxes. The company is dishonest and underhand to be avoided.

Please do not order from this company. I paid my parcel via bank transfer and I don't receive it. I send email and never have an answer. They just stole money! Keep away from this company!

Before I placed an order with light in a box, I first read most of the reviews. Something in the back of my head said check out this website first. Good thing I followed my instinct, because after I registered with fake information. I sent a request to remove my details from their website. The online helpline agent sent me a bogus email to remove my details and this bounced back as fake. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
