Can someone please tell me how I contact this company? I am trying to return items but cannot contact anyone. They have made everything so difficult.

Fraudulent. Merchandise looks nothing like advertised. Unable to get refund without paying as much as I did for the product. Reaching customer service is made to be difficult. This company has to be ILLEGAL.

This company needs reporting to trading standards. The item received are like rags not what is advertised. Spent a lot of money on holiday clothes and well should have thrown it in the bin. Asked for a full refund but no response it is a scam don’t order from them … Very unhappy

I ordered 2 summer dresses, that looked amazing. I was so disappointed when they arrived. They are very cheap looking garments, no labelling or proper sizing.

Avoid this company especially if you aren't happy with the items and want them returned. They have a customer response to this but it's a rip off and not a solution. All items have to be returned to China, which you, the customer have to pay for and this means it may cost more than the item itself. Plus returns can take months to process. In these cash strapped times please don't be taken in, they're not a customer friendly company.

Refund and Exchange Policy is Nonexistent. This is the second time I’m ordering from LightInTheBox and the service is absolutely outrageous. I ordered a second time from them so that they redeem themselves but even worse.

I have received incorrect items and items not fit for purpose. You are now ignoring all emails and refusing to refund me. I have checked online reviews for you and it appears you don't refund people when they return their goods. All in all it appears you are a sham company ripping customers off. I want a 100% refund for the items or will be reporting you to the trading standards in the uk.

SCAMERS! Buyers be aware. I ordered almost 50 dollars worth of items at the beginning of May, its the end now and I still haven't received anything yet, on top of unanswered emails. They don't even deserve one star in my opinion. DON'T DO IT!!!!

Actually I would rate this company with 1/4 star because their products and customer service is horrible! I bought a simple watchband which has a difficult clasp instead of a typical buckle. It's horrible. I tried to return it but they made it a hassle and offered to refund me 15% of the item price instead or 30% off on a future order. Then they sent me an email indicating that this issue was resolved. It was not resolved and as far as I'm concerned, I will never order from them again. Stay with a reputable company because THEY ARE NOT!!!

Glanced at the reviews here before ordering and seen 4 stars average rating at top left of screen so went ahead and ordered Goods received don't fit and on trying to arrange return of goods and a refund have been told I will have to return goods to China (costing the price of price of goods!) or accept a refund equal to 10% of goods value so in other words I have been ripped out! I have now read through the reviews on this site an 99% of them are one star so how come it is showing four stars average rating at the top of the screen? Have been ripped out twice by the look of it!

This company has disgusting customer service! I ordered 3 items on 23 April 2022, none of which have arrived (23 May). I have emailed several times to ask for repayment, most of which have been ignored, but the two replies i have received only reply in Spanish!!!!

I agree wholeheartedly with the comments by others, there is a clear policy to block returns, customer service is not in their vocabulary. I complied with every detail published but have had no response whatsoever. DO NOT USE - Light may be in the box but certainly not at the end of the tunnel.

This company does nor want to give you back your money if you return an item! I'm currently trying to get my money back and they keep sending me emails trying to pursued me to take alternative offers.I have responded three times affirming my wishes and after two weeks have still not received a returns form.No form of return is given when your item/s arrive.I would not use this company again.

Dear Management, As a New Customer, I am extremely dissatisfied with Light in the Box and your Customer Service as my son & I decided to go with this company for his wedding; paying over $170 and only being offered $28 in return for a Faulty Dress with Incorrect Sizing that also prohibits me from lifting my arms above my head. As stated on your Return Policy under the Returnable Items, IF items are Faulty or Incorrect in size or color, they can be returned. Your policy does not say anything about partial refunds so we were under the impression that because this dress was Faulty & Incorrect in Size, that we would receive a Full Refund instead of the $28 that was offered from a purchase of $170+. It also states on your Site’s Return Policy that if we are not satisfied with our purchase and the product is still in new condition, it can be returned without mention of reason! We notified you of this issue the very same day we received this product which was May 13th and returned the product by May 20th which also falls under your 7 day deadline. This is False Advertising & Misrepresentation. Customer Service then asked us to upload photos of this product or send a video and we sent them a video. If we are not Refunded for the amount of $149.99 for the Faulty Dress with Incorrect Sizing, I will be seeking a next step. Sincerely, A Highly Dissatisfied Customer

Shocking customer service and unbelievable returns policy. I didn’t have to send my measurements but my dress was “made from scratch” once my payment had cleared. They would not take the dress back - its was over £120.00 but it did not fit, even though I was careful to measure myself for their sizing guide. Surely they must get orders from there size guides that they “make from scratch”??? The dress wasn’t even nice quality felt cheap and poorly packaged, just shoved in a plastic bag. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER AGAIN
