Shocking. Bought a hat, it arrived a box way too small for it. It was bent out of shape. Contacted customer service and they weren’t any good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Refunds are not on the cards no matter how bad the product is

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. TERRIBLE CLOTHES. CHEAP QUALITY. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU ORDER AND CANT RETURN. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying a pair of ladies shoes which don't fit. .Obviously a company to avoid. Will not waste time attempting a return. Maybe Oxfam will have them.

i feel like crying and i really wished i read these reviews before buying from this company,, the dresses i brought were awful nothing like the beautiful garments i saw on the pictures.... and i just cant get my money back, it is so difficult.. i have been scammed.

Sizing very poor. I ordered 2 tops as advised by Light in The Box to mach UK sizes I.E XL one was a perfect fit the other would have hurried Giant Haystacks.

This company have a returns policy that is both obsurd and is a means to make it nearly impossible to do so..The items took over 5 weeks to arrive and then when they did they were all random sizes that were not What we ordered. We were then offered a small % refund and to keep the stock which aren't suitable...then I've been told to send them back by the cheapest postage to China! Pretty certain I've lost out big time. Please keep well clear!!!! I have chased and chased and STILL no resolution SHOCKING SERVICE. Lightinabox are not to be dealt with. I have escalated this to a supervisor but still not a response. I've never thought getting my moneyback would be this difficult.

AVOID AVOID!!! Total rip off. They’re long winded returns policy make it IMPOSSIBLE to return. I spent £160 and ended up putting the stuff on eBay to try and recoup my money. This company should be removed!!!

1 month now and my clothes haven’t even been despatched. Have raised issue now with credit card who are going to write to them. This lying, shoddy company haven’t bothered to reply to any emails. WHY are they still allowed to trade?

Was broken when opened package. It appears to have broken when placed in box at fulfillment center as outside of package intact. Reported promptly and followed links given on their site to return product. Links nonfunctional so could not generate return ticket. Requested help and company send detailed email. Atlas after wasting much time non of the suggested methods would generate return authorization. This is purposeful obstruction. Bad customer service, cheap products and based in China.

Please check terms and conditions before placing an order Quality and size of 2 dresses I ordered very poor. When I received my order the return address was Birmingham but when I contacted Customer Service I was told the parcel had to be returned to China costing 3 times what I paid for delivery. I will not be ordering again from this website.

Impossible to return the item. They mislead you and make you believe that you can return the merchandise , then when you arrive at the post office , the cost of the shipping is greater than the item itself...like more than 70dollars to return a 25 dollars dress! Will never use this company again!

Bought a shift dress and wrap. Checked equivalent sizing on their chart which suggested that for a UK size 18 I would need XXXL. When my order arrived ( fairly promptly) I found to my horror it was more like a size 24! I decided to return my item. The next few days were a nightmare trying to negotiate the Light in the Box website.You have to apply for a ticket in your orders . the ticket has a number. You then have to wait while customer orders reviews your return . Then you are supposed to be sent a product return form However no form was issued as they were apparently very busy When finally I managed to contact the company I was given three options. One- to return to China where I would be responsible for expensive shipping and tracking costs and would only have a refund on the item itself. Two- I could keep the dress with a 5% discount .Three- I could keep the item and get a Reward which valued 20%of the item I was returning as a coupon ,/voucher to use as a discount for future orders. I was instructed to return to Asia depot with a host of details to include. The cost of return and tracking was nearly half the cost of the dress . I decided to give up and keep the useless dress which means I have already wasted time and money for nothing.I cannot wear the item and it will cost more to have a considerable alteration I was attracted by light in the box goods but I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN .I feel as if I have been conned well and truly !

I've order the same item twice you have taken both payments £49.34 18/05/22 and £50.06 24/05/22 I've received one order to date and do not like the item. I'm trying to liaise with customer service with no success could you please refund the to payments to my account as l will be returning the "one item received"

Was diagnosed with cancer and needed a hat to protect me from the sun. Ordered a suitable hat which lightinthebox said was delivered. When I said I hadn’t received it they sent a email to say there was a delay but would arrive within a couple of weeks. Three months later I am still waiting. I asked for a full refund but they are not willing to refund me. I can understand that things go wrong but this company has lied and has shown no interest or offered any form of customer service. Company to stay away from. My advice, think twice before placing an order.

I’m embarrassed how swindled I was!!! I spent 95$ on shoes and they came in a broken box and were like child’s play shoes! Hollow plastic brown heel and plastic fake leather. They are so ridiculous! I would never wear these in public. The pictures they show on the site are not at all what you get.

Customer service does not deserve even one star. The package has not been delivered, probably got lost. Any attempt of contacting the customer service finished with their answer to wait 2 more weeks and that they consider complaint resolved. No way to force them to even start an investigation on what has happened to the lost parcel. Not mentioning about possibility to get refund. And their answers are so inappropriate and irrelevant that they make customer feeling taken for granted and ignored. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered two dresses and two summer tops. The quality (lack of quality) of the fabric is terrible...feels like plastic. The dresses do not fit as advertised. I would likely NEVER order anything from these people again, as return process is difficult

Took 3 weeks to arive. Sizing indicated is way off. Returning is just impossible, so I am stuck with the merchandise and they have my money. They win for now, but I will never ever order anything from them again and will pass the word along to all my friends.

DISGUSTING COMPANY **AVOID at ALL COSTS** Two dresses ordered. One dress was wrongly advertised on the website. The dress was obviously a cheaper copycat that had features similar to the advertised dress but was certainly not the dress I had purchased. The other was three sizes bigger than the sizing chart provided. My experience with the company has been extremely disappointing. The products are not fit for purpose and thus False adverting, this company is trading illegal. I am waiting for further information from the company as to the outcome of my situation I do not want to receive (Following quote from the company) ‘a) a reward of 50% of the product's value, which you can use on your next order to get discounted price. ’ as I do not want to waste my money on a product falsely advertised and be in the same situation b) ‘Keep the item with a refund of 30% of the product's value.’ - after spending £120 30% isn’t good enough. a full refund inc covering the return costs (return cost £25) at this point will only be acceptable before I take further legal action.
