DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY A SCAM!!! I received my item after weeks and also after I received an email to say my payment hadn’t gone through. I had reordered through another site as it was a present then my item arrived from light in the box. I have been trying to return it for weeks!! They have now told me it will cost $ 40.00 to return . They have also stated they don’t accept returns from a list of the usual couriers who would be delivering. An absolute scam Do NOT BUT FRIM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a scam. I purchase four dresses totalling 76.75. I received the package after weeks and weeks waiting and it was the wrong size. I emailed the company and mention wrong size and want to return. I was told it was in China but was NEVER given an address so I shipped the items to the sender cost 14.75. They re-lable the package and said it was pending due to payment. You dont mail package unless its paid for. I have online shop previously but this service sucks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM SCAM..

I have found it impossible to return the items I ordered which were of poor quality I would not order from them again

The return policy is absurd. They make it impossible to return or exchange, READ THE FINE PRINT! It will be easier and less frustrating to wash my car with the item than return or exchange it. I will never order from here again.

This is the worst company I have ordered anything from. Ever. I ordered two pairs of trousers that arrived with the leg measurement 5cm shorter than advertised on their website. I raised a ticket and was told that I needed to provide photographs of the bar code on both items. I did this. Then I was told that I need to provide photographic evidence that the the trousers measured 101cm in length and not 106cm in length as advertised. I did this too. I have now received an email stating that I have to pay postage to return these items to China!! So let me summarise: They send you an item that is faulty and you have to pay the fees to post it back to China? That is a breach of Trading Standards in the UK and they should not be allowed to trade in this country. I look forward to seeing their reply to this, which I will reply to!

Nice looking clothes, reasonably priced, delivered in a couple weeks. What we would expect from an overseas retailer doing mail order business in the US. Not exactly... BUYER BEWARE, I would like to share my experience for those trying to decide of they should click "place my order", or move on. If you do order from this company, be prepared to keep whatever they throw in your mailbox, they make returns very difficult if not impossible. Although the clothes are cute and the quality appears to be satisfactory, the sizing is NOT accurate. I ordered three tops in size "M" and only one actually fit. These items are much smaller than a typical M in the US marketplace. Tried to initiate a return and things got really frustrating. Ten days of back and forth, requesting pictures of the UPC on the packages, then lay the items out on the floor and take pictures with a ruler, then we need more pictures. Really? The items don't fit and are simply very small for their advertised size. One of the three items fit, I'm not crazy or lying to myself about what my size really is... Now I must send them back at my own expense to China - or "We understand how expensive a return can be, so we will offer you a 60% credit on a future order, or 40% of a refund to just keep the items". NO, this was not my fault, and they don't fit. What makes them think a partial refund will make me feel good about squeezing into a sausage casing of a blouse? I understand business, costs, and minimizing liabilities but lightinthebox has no true intent of standing behind what they sell. They have tried to draw out the return process to frustrate a customer until the $36 is no longer worth the trouble. If you feel like playing the lottery for sizes, click away. If you expect a "free return" as advertised at the top of the page when you google search the company you will be disappointed.

Do NOT BUY From this Company ! AS You can see , the nice Jacket is the one they advertise they are selling and also they say its "Real Sheepskin Leather" in the Ad but the Jacket that turned up was just Cheap PU and It was So Badly made and styled it was almost Funny . Although the only reason i laughed is because i bought it through PayPal and i know i will get my money back . Their customer service or lack there of , is rude and almost non-existent . They are just SCAMMERS So Be Warned .

I ordered the below in Medium and it is extra large. There is no way to ship it back for free. I am pretty angry and will just donate it. Tshirts we’re horrible. Silk screening was so blurry you could not read the message. Sent for refund. Got an incident number and no communication from them whatsoever. Horrible company to deal with

Poor fit of dress which has absolutely no stretch in the fabric. So it's uncomfortable to wear. I would like to return it for a refund. But this is far from simple. No returns label is provided, and after some time trying to work out how to do this, I see I have to post it to China at my own expense. What a joke. That will probably be as expensive as the dress. They should make returns a whole load easier. I will just have to throw it in the bin and never use this company again.

This company makes it impossible to return items no direct email service just complicated returns system. They will ask for a ticket what ever that means. I will probably just give up and lose the money. I would never use this company again.

There is no customer service. Trying to return an item that was not sized correctly. 😔 Emails back & forth. Many emails didn’t go through. Still waiting to hear something. Very unhappy 🙁

I received a dreadful dress made from awful thin fabric that I paid £32.50 for and is so bad I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop. I could not complete a refund request form as I was unable to click on the submit button. I tried to write a review on their site but surprise surprise could not submit that either. Do not order from this company.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a standard sized dress that looked nothing at all like the photo when it arrived. They tell you that you can return the item, but you cannot. They even offer discount vouchers if you keep the item, but then make up excuses as to why they can't honour that either. The excuse they used is to say that the dress was a customised order and non returnable. It was just a standard off the rack dress. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I just reviewed my orders from light in the box clothes looked lovely in pics reviews on site were very good .I am shocked at the bad quality in clothes they are dreadful cheap material nothing like pictures.i bought a lot.trying to get a return ticket to send everything back.have learned a huge lesson unfortunately and wonder will I ever get a refund from them.😢

Sorry but my experience with this company has not been good. Each article of clothing had a separate size chart and the added on postage tax and insurance was in my opinion excessive. Return policy is also very complicated. I kept 2 out of the five products I ordered and I’m not very hopeful that I’ll get any reimbursement for the others. They don’t really want the stuff returned because of carriage costs so I’m left left with it. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered a jumpsuit two weeks ago and not happy with the item. I have filled in the information requested a few times and all l receive is the same response asking the same questions. This is my first time ordering from this company and I will not recommend it to anyone! Poor customer service and the jumpsuit does not look as classy as on the website. It seems unlikely that I will get a refund.as l have not received a QR code! Not a happy customer.
