Poor quality item that did not fit. I paid for shipping, and was told that if I want to return the item the cost would be between $10 and $30 to return them to your Asia plant. Basically cost me as much to return them as I paid for them so I'm stuck. Yeah thanks a lot for the $4 credit you offered on my $40 purchase if I decided not to pay the ridiculous return postage fees.

Received order. Unable to return. Site not helpful. Every time it goes blank. Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs. Stuck with 3 pairs of dungarees at 62.51 with no method to get return and refund.

The worst buy of my life. Not only I paid an “express delivery” supposedly for 4 days, which turned out to be more than 2 months, when I tried to cancel they told me they would only reimburse half, but as a gesture they give me some of the express cost back. So I had to accept and wait for what I thought would be dresses I could use on another occasion, given that the event I needed them for in the first place had come and gone. When I finally received the dresses, what I received made me gasp out of disgust. The blue dress could have been made by a child, the quality is shocking. It is simply unwearable or unsalable. The second “dress” was not a dress at all, it was just the wrap, which the advert mislead completely. I have added photos of what I received and at the end of what I was expecting. Do NOT fall for these charlatans, they are crooks and thieves. They take away your hard earned money and they have no conscious!

This company is an absolute joke! The returns policy is laughthable. Please steer clear of this website, you will be dissatisfied with the product and ultimately loose your money. You have been warned!!!

I like the product that I bought. However, it does not have a good fit for me. And now, I cannot return the product because of very high costs for that (10-30 dollars). I would not recommend to order from Light in de the Box

Very disappointing, took 3 months to get my order 😞 not the color as on swatch ordered by. Definitely not the quality material that was advertised, was supposed to be, made to measurement, but wasn't. When I tried contacting customer services, I never was addressed, did ticket, email, still nothing. There's no way to speak with anyone. You just get stuck with what you get. I do not recommend this company.

The order that was scheduled to arrive 2 week ago hasn't reached me. Tried to contact #Lightingthebox but it seems like am communicating with the robot because the respond is the same, word by word. Am really worried

Awful, Order processing took forever, shipping took even longer. Sizes are tiny and not accurately represented by the sizing guide. Returns process is then so convoluted that they are clearly just trying to make it too hard to send anything back. Would not recommend this or any other products on the site

I've got an iPhone13case, the camera plastic was scratched, they never gave my money back I attach the conversation down how they scamed me by offering every time instead of money back, an sale of 15, 25, 50%on the next purchase.and they was answering once in 10 days so I don't fit in the regulations of returning the item, they wrote me on last message that the money return might take 20-30 days, on which I've answered I'm fine with that and never got an response after it feels so bad when someone fools you on your money. Bad experience

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from this company. Firstly the items arrived late and nowhere near the time they claim they’ll be sent by. Quality poor and forget about returning an item. They make you jump through hoops by taking photos as evidence that items aren’t suitable only to be told they won’t except a return. Money down the drain! SCAM! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Anonymous I will never buy anything from this company. It is a scam, since I placed an ordered in April ,to date I haven’t received anything. I kept on sending emails, no response as they are ignoring my mails. What a waste of time and money

DO NOT USE The product received was very poor quality and cheap from China. Not as picture - don't be fooled. Size was about 5 sizes smaller than normal. Impossible to return. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

The product that arrives is Not At All the same as the picture. Different fabric, different buttons, cheap quality, terrible stitching! In addition, I had to pay $109 import duty. Return was made impractical as it would cost me another $104, totalling just short of the purchase price and nullifying the whole point of a return. This is unethical business practice!

The material of the product is misrepresented in the pictures, this is cheap and poor quality, don’t be fooled. Return process is even worse, they make it extremely difficult to get anything done, I still haven’t resolved mine.

I am very disappointed as LightintheBox has not sent me a return label for poor-quality clothing or replaced the items for me. They have me $30 but i have paid in english pounds and have not asked for a refund just to exchange and return poor items.

scam company. a unauthorised purchase was done on my account. they didn't take it seriously by offering discount. I refused and requested my full refund. they ignored my reply. my bank is going through a dispute to get my money back. I cancelled the processing before it was sent and they still took money out of my account. their policy states full refund within 24 hours but they're trying to ignore my response to try get away with it. please report them for fraud scam company if this has happened to you.
