“Dear Light in the box, I got several items from you this past week. Among the items were several light fittings. I must say that they all arrived safely and were so well packaged. Everything arrived in time and while I need to return a few clothing items due to size issues ,everything was as I expected. I have complete trust in Light in the Box and will definitely shop there again.Thank you.”

“Nice stuff but the returns is not good when u but it doesn’t give a returns form but to send stuff back to them u have to send back to China it costs too much to send back more than the goods bought …..I won’t be buying from here again Iv got items I can’t wear”

“I ordered 4 items which arrived much faster than I had expected,m the lead time given was around 10 - 12 weeks but it,in fact, arrived within 3 - 4 weeks, I wasn't expecting the best quality, fit or description, but this too wasn't the worst. 2 of the items fitted beautifully, the other 2 were only slightly over my size but I had ordered a larger size. I wanted to return 2 of the items because 1 wasn't of good workmanship it was slightly lopsided and I didn't like it, the other wasn't as the photo, close but not quite the same. I went through the appropriate method to get the 2 items returned and was offered a 50% credit refund if I kept them. It was easier to keep the credit because I was ordering more goods anyway than going through the hassle of returning the goods and waiting for postage refund as well as goods refund. Overall they dealt with my order and return issue very well and were very quick to respond to each issue/query. For the price of goods I am very happy with this company and have placed my 2nd order.”

“Fairly new to Light In The Box but impressed by the choice of goods. Only made 2 purchases so far but the service is excellent! “The pictures did not show the dresses as they are. Some did not suit or fit properly. You made it IMPOSSIBLE to get a full refund. Not at all Happy and will not use you again AND I will tell all my friends how bad your customer service is because there is NO customer service. My complaint has now been dealt with by customer service after many e mails this complaint has now been resolved to an idicom of satisfaction.”

“Just received my second order from LightInTheBox and once again I am very happy with my purchases. This time I ordered two cover ups for the beach and they were delivered in a reasonable time and are as illustrated. Once again the finish on the garments is better than I expected considering their cost.”
