“Extremely difficult to make a return. No return label inside packaging. Or easy to find QR code like most Companies I have used. Website complicated to get around So I was not happy at all”

“Pretty colourful material but it is a lot thinner than i expected. Its a bit small on fitting ,I ordered a 3xxxl (usually a 18) and was just a bit tight.”

“The dresses were quite well made but the sizing is not consistent. I have ordered dresses in the same size on several occasions and each time one of them has not been the correct fit. Also the return process is very complicated and I just gave up trying to work it out and just had to accept the loss of those items.”

“Wanted to return one item. Seller wanted photographic proof of problem. We declined. Seller resolved the issue in other way . I.e., a partial refund. Buyer happy with that solution. Thanks will look forward to having further goods from seller. Happy with service now.”

“Having made purchases from lightin the Box a long time ago I have recently found myself buying more goods lately, hadn't realised there was access to such a wide range of very interesting products, some I have not even known about and can make use of. Service is great and I don`t even mind the occasional email showing a range of goods, I realise goods come from abroad so accounts for delays in arrival. So, all in all, a good site. Oh! thought this review was about the company but seeing below it is asking about some delivery.”

“Sizing can be a bit suspect, UK sizing very different. I would suggest ordering 1 or 2 sizes bigger Quality of some goods are inferior than appears in pictures, many tops are see through not shown in pictures. Designs are great and not found in UK sadly and the selection of colours are brilliant. Overall you have to take care in ordering but when the item fits and quality is good then you can end up with a smashing and unusual outfit”

“My items arrived and one was marked and one wasn't as expected so not suitable. However the return communication took a while and postage was expensive to return so I had a refund of 60% and kept the item. Not ideal but that's what my experience was.”
