Brought a lush dress off the site. It came. Nothing like pic. Fitted like an old woman's dress I'm 35. 3xl but more like 6xl and hung wrong. Poorly sewn and didn't hang right. Asked for refund got told they don't do refunds and can s3nd back to China for the cost of the dress or keep and have a measly £2.30 refund. Do not buy from this company. They are horrendous

The dresses I ordered where nothing like the photos,the sizes were all wrong,I ordered 2garments both size 14,one was far,far too small and the other was not only too small but a completely different colour to what I ordered,I tried so many times to get my money back,I’ve jumped through hoops,first of all I was told that they don’t do refunds but then yes that could be done with a ‘ticket’ which I received,I posted them off which included a tracking number,this whole situation has been going on since early January and I’m no where getting nearer to having a refund,so not only have they thief garments they also have my money,I would strongly advise anyone who would like to buy from this company to steer clear as they are almost con artists,if you read the items that cannot be returned they are almost thief complete stock

Absolute disgusting!! For me a NO-NO. material of poor quality and articles are not the same as advertise. Don't think I will ever order anything from this app again

The dresses were nothing like the pictures. Very large - badly sewn together and cheap "nylon" type material. I have the option of £7 per dress refund or paying for return to China? I have just received the last of the three I ordered and this is just the same - I am now trying to get a £7 refund for this which is proving difficult. This means I have lost a great deal of money on virtual "rags" ! Very disappointed.

The jacket I ordered is too small even though I used their size chart. I have tried and tried to get information off them for their returns procedure but they will not give it. Once bought you are stuck with it. This is a very dishonest company and should not be trading. Steer clear of these scammers.

Sizes not equal to EU or UK fitting. I purchased a dress 2 sizes bigger because of reviews and it was still 3 sizes to small, a promise of rewards never materialised, Avoid shopping here at all costs.

Order took ages. Very poor quality materials. Didn't fit (even after following their sizing guide). Looked nothing like pictures. Am trying to return goods for refund, but from the reviews, doesn't look promising. Out of pocket for €97. Never again !!!

To all IRISH people & other reviewers, Stay well clear from this false advertising company. I paid over €700 for three dresses that looked nothing to dresses in the pictures they advertise on their website. They are rags but that’s not all I had to pay €187 duty charges. I emailed them and have had no reply. I intend to air my experience in the next 2 weeks to share my experience with this company.

First time I’ve used this site and it looks like it’ll be the last. Ordered on the 10/3 still no sign if the order. Trying to contact this company is near impossible just go round in circles. Never again

Horrible experience with this site. They sent me products not made from the material shown on the pictures and described in the product description and would not refund or exchange them. I will never be buying anything through that website and won’t ever recommend it to anyone I know. I’ve been buying products online for years and never had such a horrible experience with customer service not honouring the refund policy. They are not worth your time, slow delivery and their prices are not competitive at all! Save your time and your money!!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered on 3/4, paid $26 for expedited shipping and on 3/18 still no dress. They tell me it’s going to be another 4-7 days. Use another site. There are too many to pick from to deal with being fooled.

I ordered a pant suit and received it. I wanted to return it, since the website indicates you can return items. There is absolutely no way to return an item once you receive it. If you click on the customer service button you get no response. If you call the phone number that my bank provided me for the headquarters, it’s a phone number that’s out of service. Once they deliver the item to you you’re out a luck for returning it. BBB reads this company as an “F”.

Bloody awful. Given a date between 10-14 march delivery.....Still not here (18th) No emails or correspondence. Stay clear!!! Hoping it will turn up eventually

Poor quality item. The dress is very nylon like fabric. Their returns policy is so convoluted that I think I may just give up and chuck the things away. Don’t buy from them unless you want to look like Mrs Overall.

Such poor service and quality. One item was completely the incorrect item and way to small. The postage is for the account of the customers, so not worth doing. Save yourself huge upset and waste. Don’t use this company!
