DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Very unclear ordering process. They have US size but then they have a box for measurements DO NOT ENTER YOIR MEASUREMENTS or they will consider it โ€œcustom made and not returnable โ€œ. Appears itโ€™s done on purpose. I ordered a US and it did not fit correctly and tried to return and they told me it was custom made and can not be returned because I entered measurements on a box that does not explain that if you enter measurements they will not send you the US size you order they will make it custom made. They send copies of emails with no clear explanation of why they made it custom when it shows on my order i picked a US size. Now Iโ€™m with a dress i will not use and lost my money. Absolutely unacceptable way of running a business.

The VAT from China was practically half the price of the outfit. 2 words, never again.

Can't get hold of anyone... Rubbish dress....took weeks to arrive. Having to employ seamstress to put the dress right at my expense. No time to return as need for wedding this Saturday, only received it yesterday after ordering on 7th March!!! Pics says it all sadly ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Xxl is ridiculously small about a Medium in European sizes. Not worth returning as the postage costs as much as the Jacket I purchased. Buyer beware. the delivery is the slowest I have encountered buying from the Internet also.

Appalling company Ordered items as per measurements on website size 12. 3 items arrived 1 was correct other 2 were size 16. Company said it my fault and they would exchange but I would have to pay return shipping which was ยฃ40 against goods value of ยฃ46. If these companies wa t to trade in UK the abide by UK law.

I ordered in Jan and was supposed to receive my order in February. Only to find out that my order was lost. Nobody contacted me I had to do a follow up. Till today I'm still the one taking the initiative to find out if I will be refunded or not. Pathetic service!!!

2-days for a response from "Customer Service" each time even though I responded immediately they contacted me which was always in minutes after I got their email) I followed their return/plolicy instructions they gave to me, which was for a refund, I was willing to pay for shipping in order to re-purchase my correct size, they tried to talk me into getting a reward, or a percentage of my purchase. They ended up after several days coming back to tell me it was a misunderstanding and I they will not issue a refund. FIRST AND LAST TIME PURCHASING FROM THIS UN-INTEGRAL LOT.

After 4 months I have not received my goods - and they will not give me my money back. An experience many others in this thread have had. Lightinthebox are stunningly indifferent no matter how much you turn to their customer service (By the way, count on one (!!) answer every 24 hours - they love to exhaust you). They will not refund my money as they claim they have not received the package returned, which they have never sent. It's pure peasantry. Stay away! There are so many good companies that are better and cheaper, that you can trust Ligthinthebox is NOT one of them.

Dreadful experience, they claim they delivered my package, spent quite a lot of money. Now cannot get hold of them. I will write this off But don't want anybody else to go through the frustration and tears. They owe me quite a lot if money. Furious.

The tops that arrived are nothing like the pictures on the website. Horribly cheap polyester type cloth, not cotton, badly put together to form a weird shape. They must know they're ripping people off, hence why the returns policy is like trying to apply for a job with the Secret Service. I also see that there are several firms putting up exactly the same adverts and products (from memory, one is called Cotosen), so it looks like one company is trading under several different names, so that when customers get wise to one, and the orders start to dry up, they just put out more online ads using a different company name. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Not just Light In The Box, (or 'Sh*te In The Post', as they should be called), but also Cotosen, and any other company with the same ad, because they're the same people.

Waited quite a while for the order but was pleased with the dresses when they arrived a large was a perfect 14 in the dresses I ordered. Material perfect for holiday or beach.

Can't even get my head round 'returns Items shown on my orders are NOT MINE!! Item sent is made of awful fabric and is nothing like photo on website. How is this company allowed to go on trading- they need to take a look at Amazon's business ethics!!

The dress I received from your company was a utter disgrace and nothing like the picture on the Internet we waited such a long time and when it arrived I was shocked a complete disappointment, would never recommend your company, the charity shop can have it, just a load of cheap looking trash. ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡งmy husband ordered this for me on his high pad, Mr j Jenkins.

I ordered a dress in mid February. It never arrived - now the end of March. They said my order was shipped but you can't even track your order. Not only that - you can't complain or contact customer services. Shockingly bad. Don't buy from them!
