I am so happy with everything I have bought, I have sent nothing back, value for money, quality goods, just as advertised, from towels to bath mats,shower curtains, elephant hooks and some lovely silly things, thank you will shop again.

I got a top from light in the box and it was excatly like on the model. ive now ordered 4 new tops and so looking forward to receiving them

Disreputable company, registered in New York but by and large, sell Chinese junk. No facility to contact and their on-line web site keeps asking for a photo to be uploaded but doesn't accept therefore you cannot complete your communication. My most recent was an item of clothing at least two sizes smaller than stated, no labels on the clothing item and false pockets. Avoid at all costs.

I wasn’t satisfied with the hair I ordered. The texture is very poor. It’s very difficult to open a straight shade and the hair ends have different length. The hair is different from that on picture. The hair looks like synthetic . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a jacket from them 8 weeks ago paid more for postage then the actual jacket, was provided with a tracking number the same day as purchase however 8 weeks later no tracking history and no item. When contacted customer service get a generic apology ask to wait and provided again with the same tracking number. No item and they have my money too. Avoid at all cost unless you want to throw your money away and never receive your item.

Terrible customer service!! Purchased a dress for my wife , awful quality. When tried to return it told I had to send it to China at my expense £7.45!! I did this last September 2021 asking for refund. Dress came back to me today (April 2022) Having been sent back by China!!!! What a joke con this all is. If it looks to good to be true it normally is!!!

I make a mistake buying products from this company, tracking services doesn't do any good at all. What ever you purchase from their app it takes for ever, and at the end they ended up losing your packages. I feel like I lost $70.00 with these people. I Should stocked to AMAZON. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP.

Do not buy from this company . The sizing fits do not match the specification. Despite describing themselves as UK they expect returns to be sent back to China at your cost in breach of UK trading standards. Just a means of discouraging returns.

I purchased a formal dress from them. I paid a lot for shipping and handling as well. When it arrived, it was not as shown in the advertisement. I filled out a return request and they denied it. I’m stuck with an unusable and very expensive dress. Don’t order from this company’
