This company gives very bad service, I ordered two items (order number 2201311352360678) which took nearly a month to arrive, when I got them I did not like them so wanted to send them back. the site was terrible with the returns, when I got the returns address I returned them, it would have cost me £20 to send the back tracked which I could not afford, them closed the case saying they did not receive the returned items which were sent 30/09/2022 so on the 09/04/2002 they closed the case saying they would not refund the cost of the items. So please all stay away from this company and they have terrible customer service

I bought a dress, pair of shoes and a hat for church. The order took very long before it reached me and what a disappointment. All the products are of bad quality. The beautiful dress I ordered is a joke. The hat was folded up in a bag. Awful. I waisted so much money.

Absolutely horrible!!! Beware of this site. The quality was poor and it looks like someone took the pattern and try to make what was on the picture. This is a scam. Buyers be aware.

Shirt material quality is low with large neck openings. I didn't realize these were half button up shirts.. Look like t shirts in ad. Not to mention it takes so long to receive packages. I won't be ordering again.

Purchased four shirts based on internet images. The quality of the product is terrible. The craftsmanship is poor and the material is very cheap. This type of material was outlawed in the United States decades ago. When exposed to heat or flame, this synthetic material will melt and can fuse to the skin. This essentially creates a second skin and can lead to horrific, disfiguring burns. So I tried to return. The policy is ridiculous. I must verify the receipt. Wait submit a request for a return from China. If accepted as a return I must pay for shipping to China, hope it arrives and then hope for a partial or full reimbursement. Their choice. This is absurd and this company should not be allowed to do business in the United States.

I ordered 2 shirts for my fiancé for his birthday. I kept tracking the items to see when they'd arrive. I checked this afternoon and it said in transit. I checked tonight only to see they had supposedly been delivered. Delivered where I do not know as it certainly wasn't to me. I wasn't kept updated on the items or about the delivery, nothing. I don't know where my parcel is. I don't mind paying for something but I expect to receive it. I'm not happy at all and want something done about it.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Poor Quality,when you try to return it costs almost as much as the item itself and you never get a refund. They close off your ticket and you can't contact them again.Complete scam. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely the worst on-line purchasing experience I have ever had. Products of the poorest quality, and sizing completely off. Then, trying to return items that do not fit actually costs more than the item itself. Truly, be warned, the worst company ever for service and products that are an insult to quality.

Definitely a scam!! Ordered items, money deducted..was advised it would take 14 days to be shipped and now I've received an email saying my order hasn't been shipped because it was in high demand in the whole market plus they couldn't find a supplier to ship the items. Bunch of nonsense really! DO NOT PURCHASE anything!! Now chasing my refund and best of luck to me if I get that.

I ordered a dress. The dress came with no tag and something similar to a dry-cleaner receipt. The dress in reality has nothing of the elegance and flawlessness of the one on the website: the design presents terrible flaws along the sides over the hips and its size isn’t a real S as ordered, but rather a L. I ask for the return form thinking of dealing with a serious company. The following is the one and only answer from costumer service: “ As for your case, in order to avoid any hassle for returning, we'd like to offer you a 30% Reward of the items' price as compensation, which you can use on your next order to get discounted price. Or we'd like to refund you 15% of the item price and you don't need to return the item back. We wonder if any of these solutions will be more acceptable and convenient for you rather then return?” I answered very politely that I have no use for the item they sent because it isn’t what I ordered, because it is too big and because missing the tag and having attached that receipt, I am not sure that the dress is even new. Unfortunately, Costumer Service never got back to me on the matter. There is no return, only more buying. DON’T BE SCAMED!

Ordered several clothes none of which fit on 3 separate occasions. When tried to return was told to keep clothes because was too expensive to return to China. I checked with the post office and they confirmed it would cost more to return them then the cost of the clothes themselves. While I was trying to resolve the issue with first 3 orders, I receive a fourth shipment which I never ordered & the contents were duplicates of what I already had. I contacted customer service which u can only leave message for. They asked for picture of shipping label which I sent, then they charged my credit card for this unrequested order with no response to my request to return. I’m out over $500 until my credit card resolves. Do not trust this company

I have used LightInTheBox a couple of times now and have to say they've been great. The tracking system appears to be a bit all over the place but no worries, from China the products arrived in just over a week to the UK. A cycling jersey was exact to size and excellent condition, and a bike phone holder was light and sturdy. Both items were quality and incredibly cheap even with postage. I will no doubt be doing a lot more shopping with them.

Buyers beware of this website, it's a scam. I ordered a hat on the 29th and money was deducted from my account on the 30th /03/22. Up until now I haven't received any confirmation report or receipt for the hat I bought, no correspondent from the website whatsoever. I was scammed of my hard earned €73. 00. Be warned.

Dreadful company. They advertise items that are not in stock.Take your money and promise that it will be in stock in s couple of days. It's hard to get a truthful answer. After over 4 weeks, my item was still unavailable so lucky for me I did then receive a refund. I would NOT touch this company with a barge pole even though they advertise reasonable priced items. Simply awful experience from beginning to end.

Buyer Beware!! Light in the box was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing online. They claim you can return within their parameters but they do not give you the opportunity to return items. I was offered 20% of my order which was never credited to my account. Merchandise is not of good quality. I will never purchase from this company again…

The item was completely different than advertised, the white shirt was supposed to be 3 xxxL and the sleeves were 4 inches to short as was the shirt,it’s the worst looking piece of rubbish and looked just like a dish cloth made of different bits of material that didn’t match,and trying to understand their refund policy??has got to be a joke ,life is to short for this absolute scam, lesson learned ,don’t buy from them ,through the letterbox and into the dustbin I hope the people running this company get exactly what they deserve by sending out all this bad karma into the world.bastards.

I recently purchased a powder blue delicately decorative shift dress and sheer chiffon long jacket, to wear to my sons forthcoming wedding. It was absolutely beautiful ! Using the measurements on their Size Guide, l didn’t quite match up to their sizes, so l gingerly opted for the next size up. (Eg lm a busty UK 18-20, but their size 20-22 fitted me fine, as their 16-18 would have been overall too small) It fits wonderfully! The green summer dress, l purchased for my friend, has yet to be given as a gift. The shipping took a little while and did arrive quite creased as no tissue paper in-between the folds. Being so delicate, l had to cautiously use a very luke warm iron- on an initial less noticeable area of both dress and jacket. Jacket is slightly a different colour than dress but still matches. Probably could do with maybe a discrete popper stud, to keep fronts together neatly - as they tend to float and fall open a tad too much whilst walking. Other than that a glowing 19 out of 20 given 👍🏻

This has been the worst experience my mom has had with this company. She purchased a dress that was little over 300 dollars and the dress came in defective. The website and app do not let you return anything until they process the request for return first. You only have 7 days. We are going into 6 days now begging for address to return the defective expensive dress for refund and nobody is helping us out. They give you 3 options to pick from and every time you say you want to return it gets ignored. Even after filing the complaint the customer service supervisor gives you option of keeping the dress or returning, she said as soon as you choose they will process your request and when we choose the option to return she never responded back. It has been 4 days now since we last heard from anyone. We have never ever had so many problems trying to get the money back for something they sent us defective. I suggest stay far away from this company. It has been a nightmare and worst experience in the world and the worst thing is they take advantage of people and they ignore you. They drag your request on until you no longer are left with any days to return. What company only gives you 7 days and they never respond to you. It is sad that they treat their customers like that.
