“Disreputable company, registered in New York but by and large, sell Chinese junk. No facility to contact and their on-line web site keeps asking for a photo to be uploaded but doesn't accept therefore you cannot complete your communication. My most recent was an item of clothing at least two sizes smaller than stated, no labels on the clothing item and false pockets. Avoid at all costs.”

“I wasn’t satisfied with the hair I ordered. The texture is very poor. It’s very difficult to open a straight shade and the hair ends have different length. The hair is different from that on picture. The hair looks like synthetic . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a jacket from them 8 weeks ago paid more for postage then the actual jacket, was provided with a tracking number the same day as purchase however 8 weeks later no tracking history and no item. When contacted customer service get a generic apology ask to wait and provided again with the same tracking number. No item and they have my money too. Avoid at all cost unless you want to throw your money away and never receive your item.”

“Terrible customer service!! Purchased a dress for my wife , awful quality. When tried to return it told I had to send it to China at my expense £7.45!! I did this last September 2021 asking for refund. Dress came back to me today (April 2022) Having been sent back by China!!!! What a joke con this all is. If it looks to good to be true it normally is!!!”

“I make a mistake buying products from this company, tracking services doesn't do any good at all. What ever you purchase from their app it takes for ever, and at the end they ended up losing your packages. I feel like I lost $70.00 with these people. I Should stocked to AMAZON. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP.”

“Do not buy from this company . The sizing fits do not match the specification. Despite describing themselves as UK they expect returns to be sent back to China at your cost in breach of UK trading standards. Just a means of discouraging returns.”

“I purchased a formal dress from them. I paid a lot for shipping and handling as well. When it arrived, it was not as shown in the advertisement. I filled out a return request and they denied it. I’m stuck with an unusable and very expensive dress. Don’t order from this company’”

“I order 2 dresses to wear to a wedding. The jacket was a different color completely from the dress. The other dress was nothing like the actual picture. Then to ship them back to China in a boat is $30 without tracking. I just threw away $100 of my hard earned money. PLEASE don’t waste your money. Don’t order from this site. You are just asking for trouble!!! I’m giving this site a 0 because I can’t go any lower!!”

“Please do not order anything from lightinthebox. They are an extremely disreputable Chinese company. There is absolutely no customer service. There are absolutely no humans you can speak to on the phone. I ordered a product and when I received it, it did not resemble the picture online. It is IMPOSSIBLE to return an item. IMPOSSIBLE. After many angry emails back and forth, the responses were in broken English and they said they credited me $8.00 for an $18.00 purchase. They do not send the credit to your credit card. They credit it to their website. This is the most corrupt company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Stick to stores based in the US or Europe. They do not have the same ethical standards in China, and once you make the purchase, you are powerless.”

“This company gives very bad service, I ordered two items (order number 2201311352360678) which took nearly a month to arrive, when I got them I did not like them so wanted to send them back. the site was terrible with the returns, when I got the returns address I returned them, it would have cost me £20 to send the back tracked which I could not afford, them closed the case saying they did not receive the returned items which were sent 30/09/2022 so on the 09/04/2002 they closed the case saying they would not refund the cost of the items. So please all stay away from this company and they have terrible customer service”

“I bought a dress, pair of shoes and a hat for church. The order took very long before it reached me and what a disappointment. All the products are of bad quality. The beautiful dress I ordered is a joke. The hat was folded up in a bag. Awful. I waisted so much money.”
