The size was not even close to accurate. The quality of the fabric and dye was terrible. Shipping costs are so high. I threw the skirt away and counted this purchase as a lesson learned.

The T-shirt’s I ordered were most certainly not the shirts on your website. The T-shirt’s I received had sleeves that were do disproportionate that I need to wear a shirt under this shirt, otherwise my entire bra/“side breast” is completely exposed. These shirts are not wearable and will be taken to Goodwill. This website is a bait and switch website. The clothing you think you’re getting is absolutely not the merchandise you receive! The original order does not mention its coming from China. Buyer beware!!! I’m out $100. Lesson learned. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

LughtingtTheBox is a huge scam. Ripped blouses with crooked buttons were shipped. The problem with sending back the wrong items, the possibility of sending back the items to China only for a fee and these are huge costs. If you want to return the goods, you must send them to China at your own expense. And so, it is not known whether it will arrive or the package will not be lost, or they will mock that they have not received it or that it will be damaged with the package, and it is the courier's fault. I lost my money(€120). Avoid a wide berth !!!

Got delivery. All screwed up utter rubbish arrived and went straight in the bin. Always check were items are coming from. If its China don't waste your money! They only accept return by DHL which would have cost £75! Total rip off

DO NOT USE Extremely poor customer service and return service. You basically have to pay for items to return to china!

The dress looked nothing like the picture. Quality really bad, looked like a child had put it together. There was no way of getting a refund. A total waste of time & money. DONT buy from this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Goods beyond poor arrived and were so bad went straight in the bin. Not even Good enough to put in a bag for the charity.

Ordered three shirts extremely poor quality and would not accept return/refund. Not answering emails contact details in Birmingham are not anything to do with this company. Don’t waste your money all items coming from China.

WARNING! Clothes arrived late, very poor material all screwed up, sizing does not match up to the chart advice & does not look at all like the picture! Returning items is made purposely impossible, you have to pay postage back to China or barter for a part refund!

I ordered without reading reviews which were mostly negative. I ordered a dress on 9 March and it is still not here on 3 April. I got an email saying it could be another 1/3 weeks coming when I will no longer need it but reviews say the returns process in very difficult. I won’t use this company again

The product is cheap as , total garbage and poor quality. None of the itmes are as advertised. Just dont buy any items from them. All my items bought are used as home wear only

cheap products, poor quality be ware if you try to return an item, you will have to pay to ship it back and they will not refund you for original shipping charges. you are never able to talk to a live person

Raincoats did not fit--there was not really an option of returning--they agreed to "refund" me half the price of the coats, but it was NOT a refund. It was a credit on my next order. There will be no next order. Although the "chat" customer service rep was a sweet as could be, it did not change the outcome--which was not completely elucidated until the last email. Surprise! :-( No recourse. They do not answer further inquiries.

Long time for delivery. Product looks very different than pictures. Return policy is awful. You have to return within 7 days to maybe get a full refund. You have to return to China if they allow a return. Shipping costs can be as high as half the item costs. It can take 6 weeks to get refund. Clothes run small to size. Next time I am buying from a reputable company.

I can't speak to the quality of the product, because I haven't gotten it yet. I paid as much for shipping this item than the item cost . The item couldn't weigh more than a gram or two. Last update shows it sitting in customs, even though it also seemed to originate from Los Angeles . So, if you plan on getting a gift here, better plan waaaay ahead, as shipping sucks and is way expensive.

It took ages for the delivery by the time it arrived the occassion I bought it for has already happened took amonth to arrive returns not easy either when it did arrived it was just posted through the letter box screwed up isnt the word and having bought two dresses both arrived the same way

You have to pay to return faulty or not as described items to China at your own expense - my item didn't last the 1st wash holes appeared in the top + you need to have the original packaging which nobody keeps

Order and Delivery process took almost one month. Expensive garment yet shoddy and poorly made. Poorly stitched, especially buttons and buttonholes. Returns and Refund process made purposefully impossible. You have been warned.
