Jacket I purchased had a faulty zip. After loads of messages and offers of 60% refund I was told to send it back at my expense tracked. This option would have left me out of pocket. Complete rip off company

I purchased 2 wigs which took forever to come one wig was perfect, the 2nd wig was the wrong color and I ran my fingers thru it and it immediately starts shedding. For that reason, I will not order another wig from this company and do not want to go threw trying to return to china I have already read the not-so-good reviews on returns.

I bought a standard UK 10 size dress for prom, it was unsuitable so I tried to return asap as per the 7 day policy but flatly refused. They are saying it was made to measure therfore no refund. An earlier email from them said I could but it was cost £52 return shipping which had to be tracked or else they couldn't guarantee that they recieve it. Basically they will lie and say it is lost, so you won't recieve a refund anyway. They will also mess you around for a week until your 7 days are up. Absolute sharks. Avoid at ALL costs.

AVOID AT ALL COST - everything previous people have said is correct - very poor quality and wrongly sizes items sent - return is to china, customers service quality shocking box standard reply " keep the item as it is expensive to return to China and we will refund you 70% of the costing"like people state mine came from Birmingham NOT china - Got offered £28 refund to keep item which I accepted as so fed up with replies when eventually received - STILL waiting for refund and now being ignored by company - The good reviews must have been made by the company themselves or employees- AVOID AT ALL COST - should not be allowed to trade

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order and can get no answer to my emails. You can't find an email address or a telephone number for them, it's a disastrous company, avoid at all costs.

It's a scam. They get back in touch in response to complaints, so you initially think it might not be a scam, but it is. I ordered a smart phone cover which took over 2 months to arrive and when it did arrive it was the worng item (the camera slot is in the wrong place to fit my phone, so unusable for me). Now I appear to be regularly uploading photos of the item sent in error (at their request). I mean, come on, what company would ask you for photos of an item that they've sent in error? Looking at previous reviews, it seems likely that the next step will be that I'll have to fork out on postage (again what company would expect you to pay postage for an item that you didn't ask for) which will be more than the value of the item, so giving up now. Scammed for £13 - could be much worse. At least they will have learnt a selection of english swear words from me.

Same trouble all the other reviews. Colours of clothing do not match website. Returns policy is shocking and designed to deter people from returning goods by making them pay for complicated return to China even although goods shipped from UK. Dreadful company - worst I have ever dealt with.

Item did not match description. Size guides are inaccurate. They make you pay to return items but make you ship it to China at great cost. I wrote a poor review on their website but it does not show. They only post positive reviews which I think are written by themselves.

Do not buy clothes from this company! I would give zero stars if possible. I requested a return for an outfit that did not fit, and received an email basically shaming me for not measuring correctly! Buyer beware, You can make returns, but you will not receive a full refund, you will be offered 10% of the price you paid.

I purchased a number of items from this company and all were funny sizes and shapes, and the quality of the finished product and the material are terrible. The company has a dodgy return/refund policy as they don’t want their product back, and only refund a small amount. Customer ends up way out of pocket. So disappointing and seems very much like a scam.

I ordered two dresses which looked ok on the pictures. They arrived with very cheap material and horrendous sewing. They were far too big even though I followed meaurement. `I am still (unfortunately) still awaiting a third dress! I have tried to contact them however the "Postmaster General" says they have been unable to deliver. I feel `I have no alternative but to keep and throw these items. All they are fit for is what we used to buy as a `'nylon overall' and are not fit for wear. Am extremely disappointed and also on their after sales care.

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased an outfit (top & pants) with custom measurements. I followed their guidelines exactly. The outfit I received did not fit. I could not zip up the top and the pants were so big they ballooned out. In addition, it had an awful smell. I asked for a return/refund. I paid $148 and was refunded $12 and I could keep the outfit. It is now in the garbage because it is trash.

Absolutely appalling customer services. I bought a black jumpsuit. It was very cheap polyester material, badly sewn. It took my seven emails requesting a full refund. On the 7th request I received a reply, stating that it would cost me more to return the item to China so they will offer me 25% of the total. The cost of the item was £45. I declined. They then told me they don't use returns labels any more and I would have to meet the cost of shipping customs labels etc to return. I followed their returns instructions. I used Royal Mail Tracking and sent a photo of the receipt and emailed the tracking number. Customer Service confirmed receipt of my email with this information. Three days later I received an email from customer services agent stating: 'as we have not received a reply within our 10 day period thus case is now closed'. The item was shipped - £16. I still have the tracking receipt number and can see that it is on its way. I will never buy from Chinese companies again! Light in the Box is an incompetent, unprofessional and disgraceful online company who flood images, but offer poor, unprofessional service.

I ordered 2 swimsuits for my husband in medium. One of the suits says medium, but it is like medium in boys. They said they have size charts and I should consult them. Offered me a 10% refund as it would cost me as much to send it back to China (although package says New York) as I paid. This was a mistake on their end. Never again!!! I decided to just keep it , and donate it-not worth the hassle.

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN THE PARCEL TO RETURN STATES A RETURN ADDRESS IN BIRMINGHAM. THIS PROPERTY WAS SOLD IN 2020 AND LEFT NO FORWARDING ADDRESS CONTACTED A PHONE NUMBER ON WEB SITE AND THAT IS ALSO WRONG THE SWIM COSTUM WAS NOT THE SIZE ORDERED

The dress is alright and arrived fairly quickly, but they should make their returns policy clearer from the outset. Only certain items qualify for return and their only open warehouse is in China, which means that, from the UK, I have to pay over £12 just to return the item and refund can take up to 30 days, depending on when they receive the package.

I have paid 5000 AED for many items and looks they are a SCAM . First promised delivery was March 3 and nothing arrived as of March 6th! When I tried to track with their tracking ID the link takes me to ads !! I am afraid I am being scammed and will never receive any goods

I bought a nice top and they sent me a completely different I it was worth $5.99 and i paid $29.00 I never heard from them, it came in a plastic bag I threw it out, I was so upset
