“Sent defective dress with half decoration designs, asked my to send them a pic of what I already sent them along with bar codes. Now they want me to remove dress from packaging, makes no sense to do that when I want to return dress in original packaging. I want a full refund !! and please take back your poor quality dress, I don’t want it. Refund me my money ASAP! Parts of the stars on the dress are missing.”

“Received my smart watch set it up looked absolutely stunning. Plugged it it into charge it and now it won’t turn on at all. Totally not happy. Wish I had not bothered now.”

“Took weeks for delivery. Item wrong size, wrong colour, they are saying I did not return the order when I have proof that I did. No refund. Very suspicious company”

“I just clicked into LITB from an ad on social media.
