“Not all Light in the Box items come in large sizes but there is a variety of exclusive fashions that do. They are unseen anywhere else and when worn always draw attention and comments of "where did you get that!!"”

“Very happy with my recent purchase of a cycling top with unique and funny message for a friends significant birthday. Tracking keeps you informed of delivery however do allow an extra couple of days I would recommend ordering from light in the box.”

“I bought two items in October the 22 and paid extra for fast delivery. They last updated my tracking on 27 October. I can’t get on any thing to chat to customer care. It’s my first purchase and I’m not impressed and also disappointed in the service. I would like to buy again because the items are looking so gorgeous and I’m not so sure now.”

“They told me free delivery to kuwait but when I got my item the charger me around $23 ( custom clearance) my order was less than $15”

“Where do I begin. 1 star is too high for this scam company. First, the item is not as advertised. I ordered two print sweatshirts and there is nothing sweatshirt about them. When I checked the tracking feature, a light bulb should have gone off as it had to clear customs. Then, in considering returning the items after I received them, I find I have to pay the shipping back to the warehouse in CHINA!! This will probably cost more than than $44.17 I paid for the two items and will probably take until 2022 to get a refund. I doubt I will waste my time. Companies that use foreign manufacturers should disclose this in the item descriptions. VERY disappointed and am now stuck with two "sweatshirts" I will probably never wear in public! Thanks for nothing. Be wary of this company.”

“Total fraud company. They see wigs with phony photos that look NOTHING like what they send. Then they refuse to return the fake counter fit falsely advertised merchandise. Don't throw away your money.”

“Item arrived later than needed so I had to purchase elsewhere. I requested a return and was told that I would have to ship back to China and then in the same email was told the warehouse in China was closed. The shipped from address was in New York. They also said the package must be unopened. The box was opened before I even opened the shipping envelope. I spoke with my credit card company and they advised to send it back to the shipped from address on the envelope and they allowed the disputed charge. This is not an honorable company. Use at your own risk.”

“Received the jacket, very poor quality and doesn't fit. I immediately requested a return via their website and heard nothing also downloaded the app and requested a return and still nothing. They state that they will respond in 24 hours. Steer clear of this company.”

“Be very wary of this company. The product looks so cute on the site. Then you get the stuff and it's alot of polyester. And the sizes are not for normal sized people. Sizes are not exact. Too small actually. And if you want to return the products they try to talk you into keeping it. They are also packaged in zip lock bags. Price? You get what you pay for. I wanted sweatshirts. They were polyester. Not something that will keep a person who is always freezing warm. Especially in South Dakota. Do yourhomworkpeople”
