I have contacted Paypal for them to return my money. I have queried this time and time again and someone in your office just marks the ticket as action - its not!! please come back to me, on here maybe!! I am very upset with your company

Ordered 2 girls sweatshirts, horrible polyester no wonder the sea is so polluted. Best advice, save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered 2 girls sweatshirts, horrible polyester and sizing seems to be guesswork, there must be some funny shaped people in China. Really cheaply produced and nasty products. Stay away from Light In The Box and save money.

16 day delivery time and the childs t-shirt was worth about £3! Cheap material, poor quality stitching and no washing instructions, will not be buying from them again

I ordered Xmas decks to the total of £23. I have had text messages from courier wanting £16 postage I am not paying that as nothing was on check out stating I had to pay,if it was I certainly wouldn’t have ordered 2 decs coming to nearly £40. If I do not receive this within the next couple of days I will be in touch with PayPal for a refund. Order number 41118391

The Christmas Decoration of the door santa is below poor it is dreadfull cheap and nasty I would go as far as utter rubbish in fact it went straight in the garbidge bin not good for your reputation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered t shirts over 2 weeks ago I got an email to say the items were lost and will resend them and that has been over a week can’t be contacted kissed bye to money

Save yourself the hassle and stress and DO NOT buy from these. My items turned up and did not look anything like the pictures and despite ordering bigger sizes were still too small even for a child, The quality of the products were also very poor. I posted the items back as per their request and they said they would pay the return postage and once I sent the postage info they then said they wouldn't. I've had countless emails from them stating different things and each time its all just lies and fobbing me off. I have left other reviews where they have replied saying they will refund for the items and postage but that is just to make them look good like they're acting on it when they're not. I am now out of pocket after sending the items back and getting nowhere with them. Do not buy anything from this company and do not trust the replies they leave on the bad comments as they do not see them through. I have also reported them to the ombudsman. If you want to throw your money away, have your time wasted and be lied to then by all means go buy their rubbish.

This is more than a bad experience in fact this company should stop scamming people because all what they present online doesn't represent the physical good couple with stealing as well. I ordered just last week 2 pairs of men tracksuit. But to my greatest dismay i received today just 1 complete pair of the tracksuit and the other one just the top and no trouser for it. The worst about it is that the dresses are substandard and of very poor quality, in short is a big scam. I doubt why such companies should be allowed to dupe innocent people who are working hard for their money. Moreover, I paid for express shipping and when the items were delivered i was ask to pay for custom duty. Besides the items were not even delivered on time. So I don't see the reason why I paid for express shipping.It's unfortunate that I'm ot able to upload the photos coz they already know what they are doing.

I placed an order on 26 November. Money has been taken but items are still being 'processed' on 7th December, no sign of being shipped and if I'll ever receive them.

Dodgy company! My order still hadn't been shipped a week after ordering. I requested a cancellation and this was ignored, they then told me it had been shipped even though he tracking number didn't work for several days after it was 'shipped'. Really rubbish and dreadful customer service. Am still waiting...

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA. THE SERVICE IS AFULL AND MORE LIKELY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT I ordered a item, six weeks latter it’s still not here, you try to contact them ( impossible ) you get told the item is lost by the carrier and we will send a replacement via express that will take 5/7 working days. But guess what the item is not delivered. I just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.....

Purchased 2 pairs of trousers from Lightinthe box but were too short in the legs even though I am only 5’ 6” tall and size medium. Asked to return but customer services told me it would be uneconomical to return as had to be to China. I was told to give the trousers away and accept 30% to 50% refund. A joke surely but apparently not if other reviews are anything to go by. I wish I had read reviews before my purchase. I purchased on a site Lightinthebox.co.uk and delivery was said to be by Royal Mail. Nothing to suggest I would have to return to China and no terms and conditions to agree to. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and hope they will reverse the payment.

Problem from the start Ordered 2 kids T-shirt’s started to pay then decided to add 2 Adult T shirts paid for the complete order of 4 and payment taken from C/C I didn’t receive an confirmation of order,I then get email saying I hadn’t paid for the 2 kids T-shirt’s I sent photo evidence of my payment to them I then get email saying OK will dispatch no later than 30/11 I’m still waiting doesn’t seem to recognise m log in and still no Tracking number or Delivery Very Very Dissapointed
