I ordered in August. I received an email after a few months saying my address was wrong (it wasn't) and I needed to send the right one asap (which I did). Still nothing after 4 months. Obviously they try to blame me for not receiving anything. On our local reviews in South Africa , they receive mostly 1 star terrible reviews and then some very suspicious 5 star reviews in a row.... Terrible terrible company!!

I put a review on about two weeks ago. After 12 emails to Customer services I have finally received a full refund of £147.47 although it cost me £23.30 to post the dress back to China via Royal Mail tracking. At least that amount to loose isn’t as bad as the cost of the dress although it is enough. I certainly won’t be buying anything from this site again. Size of dress was far too small and they wanted me to have credits to shop on their site. I insisted I needed the refund so I can buy another dress for my sons wedding elsewhere. My persistence paid off although they are not easy to contact. BEWARE !!!

AWFUL COMPANY!! I wish I had read reviews before buying an item from this company! The hoodie I received was ridiculously small and of really bad quality you can barely get your fingers let slone your arm through the cuffs. The material was horrible it was nothing like how it looked on their website. When trying to return I received an email asking me to give it to a friend or relative and offering a 40% reward or 30% refund absolute joke! I recommend never to order from this cowboy company! I will be so careful in the future who I order from.

Ordered a endoscopy scope on 5th of December they took £25-33p from my bank account on the 6th of December and up till now which is the 16th I am still waiting for it to be delivered if it does not come I will inform my bank (fraud office)

I ordered a watch which arrived without the specified charging cable. Attempts to ask for a cable or replacement just resulted in nonsensical emails offering a 20% refund because of costs involved in sending it back to China! I shall now throw it in the bin and lose my money - which I suspect is what they want me to do. This is not a genuine business.

They were quick to take my money but failed to deliver. They keep coming up with excuses blaiming RoyalMail & although they say that my order was despatched now they are saying that I've been contacting the wrong people. This is the most dishonest, incompetent & inefficient people I have had dealings with. How come they are still allowed to operate? Why has there been so many complaints against them?

“LIED ON EXPEDITE SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY. DON’T PATRONIZE THEM!!! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! THIS COMPANY TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT. LIGHT IN THE BOX IS GREEDY. THEY PLAY GAME IN PROCESSING THE REFUND AND STILL ENDS IN VERY, VERY UNSATISFACTORY RESULT. I REFUSED THEIR OFFER. THEY PUT ME THRU HELL AND GAVE ME STRESS. THEY CAN HAVE THEIR OFFER AND SHOVE IT TO “WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE IN ONE OF THEIR ORIFICES”!!! If you know what I mean. I DON’T WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH “LIGHT IN THE BOX”ANYMORE. THERE ARE OTHER BUSINESSES THAT CAN SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH DIGNITY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND “LIGHT IN THE BOX”. I placed an order of almost $300 and paid for the Expedite Service $32.66 for 3-4 business days shipping on 11/01/2020. The packages were not shipped until 11/28/2020. I asked for $32.66 refund that did not show in my bank statement even up to today. After numerous online message back & forth, still no luck. I don’t recommend this company. They lied! They do not honor their “Expedite Shipping Service”. They also lied about refunding my $32.66 because my bank statement (November and up to today (12/7/2020) does not show they refunded me the $32.66. I even spoke to the my bank’s customer service if there is any pending refund of $32.66. This company, “LIGHT IN THE BOX” lied. THEY TRIED TO OFFER ME ITEMS TO CHANGE MY REVIEW WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS’ FROM 1-STAR TO 4-5 STARS.

You receive below email to exchange!!!!!! If the product has been received on the past 7 days and it belongs to our returnable category, it's brand new with original tag and packaging as per our return policies, you can return it to our warehouse in China. Please note you will be responsible for return postage. Returns can take from 20-30 days. However, based on our experience, the costs to return might be the same or half the price of your parcel even if you use the cheapest postal service. So return to China may not be an economical option. Instead, we suggest to keep the item, give it to a friend/family member. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My son ordered a winter coat for his fiancé for £60, it is a piece of rag and not worth a fiver, looks rubbish and is so thin. It’s like a Father Christmas coat in black. Company offered 30% back and keep the rag or pay postage back to China which could take three months and get 40% refund. The address on the envelope was in Manchester. CON CON CON

Goods ordered on Oct 28th and as yet today 14thDec2020 goods have not been received, item was posted so I can’t undestand why the delay. There web site is not senior citizen friendly and I can’t get through to them. Last time I buy from China!!

Never use this company. The products are appauling quality. Arrived damaged and cheap material. Cant return as too expensive so company suggested I give to a friend! £50 wasted. What a con.

Stay away from this website. Got 2 items which came to €34 and had to pay €23 import charges. The 2 items were very bad quality and will never be worn. It will cost more to return them. Very bad customer service. Will never buy from this website again. Just sorry I did not read the reviews before I made the purchase.

I ordered an xl ladies jacket which took a month to arrive and fitted a small child- when I asked for a full refund I was told I had to return in to china which would cost over half what I paid for it - alternatively I could keep it and receive a 2.5% refund- this is terrible service - dont buy from them - I will give my jacket to a charity shop to teach myself that if something looks too cheap it probably is !

I would not recommend this company. Product took a while to arrive came with an EU plug not UK. Tried to return for refund. Said I could pay for the postage back to China or accept a 20% refund. Absolutely disgusting - have paid for a product that will go in the bin!!
