Ordered headphones on 21st of Nov for.my granddaughters birthday... it is now 5th December and I have no idea where my package is.. Trying to get a refund is impossible

We ordred 2 watches, there aren't any confirmation number or recognition that we have bought the watches, and we have not received our products. I have been reading that this company is a scam, I am very angry and I urge the customers out there not to order from LIGHT IN THE BOX website. We have lost our money and I am upset that I have not read the negative reviews.

Shocking service. Money taken immediately from my account on order placed over 2 weeks ago, no confirmation of order delivery date. Now had an email to say order lost!! That a new order could take a long time!! Hopeless company, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Never again.

This company is a sham. They asked me to pay additional duties fees and then when I told them I stopped payment on the credit card they said I did not have to pay them. Then I told them not to ship the product they still did and tried to collect money and shipped a 5XL when I ordered an Large. Totally a terrible company.

wish I could leave no stars tbis is a bad company. Quality of clothes is cheap. Sizes are all off by American sizes. Wont return item unless you pay for shipping. Then tells me to gift it to a friend or relative.

Awful quality, certainly not linen. They will NOT refund my money, told I should have contacted them first and returned the items to China!!. BUY FROM THE COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL...they're despicable.

Could you please check again your email box? Unfortunately, the Sweater-shirt was out of stock and the shortage would last for a long time. So we had to cancel this product and issued its full refund USD29.27 to your Paypal account on 2020-11-27. Please check it in your Paypal account. This is actually a thank you to all you lovely people for writing these reviews you just saved me money and upset. I was about to order and thought I would just check any reviews on the company having been burned by other companies mentioning no names to protect the guilty!. I would like to give yous a zero, but there’s no option for that. My delivery is not here. 2 times sent me money back because you’ve got none from the product that i was interested of. Bad service.

DO NOT USE LIGHT IN THE BOX! You will not be able to get a refund. They offer 10% unless you want to risk sending item back to China!!

Wish I had read these reviews before i spent £147 plus £8.95 postage. I ordered a size 14 dress for my sons wedding. When it arrived I tried it on but was too small, possibly 10/12. I immediately contacted them for a return form and a full refund. They offered me 20 per cent to spend on their site. They must be joking. I am so annoyed and upset as I now have to buy another dress but definitely not from them. I have emailed customer services numerous times and said the dress was made to measure. Surely size 14 is a standard size although not this one. I didn’t realise I was buying from China. I keep emailing them , hoping they will get fed up with me and give me a refund. Shocking customer services. Do not buy anything from this site. I am gutted !!

I'm buying Lenovo live pods LP1 yesterday but unfortunately they cancelled my order. Even they are didn’t Refunds my money. I Don't know what's the cancellation reason. Its really disappointing me.

I am shocked and confuse as the company send me an email the day after I place my order to ask for a picture of my bank card. Never ever I have been ask to do so. And it doesn’t make sense as the payment as been through. Here is what they say on the message: "A photo of the paid bank card with your name and last 4 digits showing (Please Note: the bank card is the one that was used for this order) Please rest assured that all information will be kept strictly confidential. When this is completed, your orders would be prioritized and shipped sooner. We have great sales and discounts on around Christmas but we never compromise our product quality and delivery time. [REMINDER] Please understand that we have a time frame of 48 HOURS to complete this process, if the documents are not provided within 48 HOURS, your order will be canceled automatically.” I feel scammed. Hopefully I will have a happy ending but right now it doesn’t look good at all. Plus their is no way to talk to someone. Very upsetting.
