One star seem too much. I would not recommend this company to anyone. they take no responsible in returns and/ or exchange. You end up having to pay postage to China.

Order trainers, took ages to arrive, then the size was totally wrong, it said UK6/EU39, but they were much smaller, 5-5 2/1, I asked for a total refund, but was told, I might prefer to resell them and get a 20% discount or 10% refund of trainer price. It was going to cost £8.95 to send it all the way back to China, bot the Reading UK address on the parcel. Will never use them again,...

Worst company ever for customer service. They took my money over three weeks ago and goods never arrived. There is no way to get into contact with them either - just constantly get taken all over the place. Help Centre doesn't work - just says You Have No Orders - even though they took my money and No Telephone Number. Coplete scam artists if you ask me. The amount of money was not a lot but I bet they think that people will just give up and go away. I have asked my bank to go after them as they could be scamming people all over the place !

Worst company I ever dealt with, provided sub standard goods in totally useless packaging. Arrived damaged and had to return to CHINA!!! at my cost and now spent 2 months trying to get a refund. THIEVES, ROBBERS.

These are scammers, they scam buyers all over world, false ads, rubbish products, no return no refund, fake return address, all their 4-5 star rating are fake, read all the reviews before you kiss your money goodbye, avoid these rats at any cost.

I ordered a warm-up suit from them, not knowing that it comes from dongguan China. They sent me a woman's suit. When I complained, they told me they would take 30% off the purchase and that remainder I'm the cost would go to my next purchase. They told me to keep the suit and give it to someone here. I told them I would never ever order anything from them again. It's a rip-off! Never ever order anything from them. And like someone else said, they don't even deserve one star.

The Company LightInTheBox @lightinthebox · Retail Company - does not keep its term and conditions and internal policies. Please, all who purchase on-line be aware that they do not do refund on your order if it is cancelled within 24 hours how it is stated in their Terms and Conditions and their website. I cancelled my order in 10 min after placing it due to a mistake, but it was not possible to either to edit/correct the order nor it was processed by the Company as per what they have provided on the website. They waist my time, so I need now to raise a disput by authorising my Bank to deal with the dispute. Thanks God, I paid with the Credit Card. Be CAREFUL and do not order, try another Company - more reputable.

They don't even deserve one star. Took over two months, 25 messages and several emails to get a refund for a purchase that I tried to cancel, and even then didn't get 100% back and not all to my credit card. I tried to cancel immediately, which in theory was acceptable in accordance with their policy (as ordered male instead of female item in error) but their system wasn't working so they shipped it anyway. I had to return it (going to the post office etc.) and claim my money back. What a process. Many hours spent trying to right their wrong and many days awaiting a response on a number of occasions. and their system for returns is slow and cumbersome. If it wasn't for my being determined I wouldn't have gotten anywhere. And in the end no real apology or compensation. Never again.

Do NOT use this company , I ordered a iphone cover as per there website only to find when it turned up after 8 days, that it was the wrong one (to Big ) I then requested a replacement but was told that I would not get one unless I sent the old one back and I would have to cover the cost back to china. .they say that they give size details on the web site but like all things you don't see it at all ,they also say that their iphones are a different size in china(which is odd as that is were they are made)..so don't use this company at all you have been warned..

Contacted them as I delivered a parcel to my door and I’m a corner block opposite shops which obviously was stolen and even though I communicated with them I did nothing nothing at all to fix the problem won’t be buying them recommend them to anyone at high-risk

Two sets of outdoor lights arrived quite quickly and were put up in the summer months but not used. One set of lights has now given up after only a few days use. Wrote to ask for a replacement and its only a 30 day window. Will not be buying from them again.
