“Hello, I am really pleased to have gotten this access to express my views with my transactions with your establishment. I must confess my displeasure with the engagement, and also stress the fact that this was my first transaction and I had tried a test run with just this few items from all my initial orders. I made my reviews after the products were delivered, NO RESPONSE. You canceled a request from my list due to being out of stock and said you will refund. NO REFUND MADE. One of the items you supplied was a wrong item. NO RESPONSE. It is not encouraging. Thanks again Regards, Chris”

“Would get 5/5 but items take a long time to arrive, my order was about 4weeks. Plus can be difficult to judge size for some clothes. But overall fantastic prices, lots of different things you can't find in shops. Will definitely purchase more from this site.”

“I have been extremely impressed with the product purchased. The delivery had been as indicated. The product itself is brilliant. The fabric, tailoring, attention to detail. Worth buying. I would suggest posting more photos of the product, for example the cuffs and collars etc. would be an advantage as the tailoring is worth mentioning/ experiencing.”

“They are an innovative and highly creative company. I have a most elegant grey silk dressing gown from them which I love. Also some colourful jogging bottoms. However I am not as impressed by their shirts, which, in design and material, leave something to be desired. But overall, really good products.”

“First time using lightInTheBox, after I purchased the items, I read some of the reviews, I was really apprehensive as some of the reviews were awful. I Ordered a dress, jumper and cardigan. Really delighted with all 3 items. The only thing I have a issue with is I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for the items to be delivered, in fairness it did say I would have to wait that time.”

“My top I ordered in xl was lovely but too big. Its very hard ordering from China, as your sizing is quite different. Haven't tried on the dress yet a looks a bit large I think”
